Day - 1 - Bangkok

Not a filthy third world capital anymore, Bangkok has adopted the chic that makes it as a top-tier Indochina tour destination. Today, you will make the first-time encounter with the City of Angles.

At the airport, tour guide will greet you with a friendly Sawadeka. Check in upon arrival and have some free time in this amazing city.

Day - 2 - Bangkok - Chiang Mai

Putting up its 21st-century facade for Thailand tour makers, however, Bangkok still keeps its old-school religious pride of holding so many temples and shrines that make the city appealing to Buddhists and Indochina tour makers alike. Today you will have a city tour visiting Bangkok's most famed temples.

Wat Traimit, the Temple of Golden Buddha, famous for its 900-years old five-and-a-half-ton solid gold Buddha image; and then continue to visit Wat Arun, perhaps better known as the Temple of the Dawn, the major landmarks and hottest Thailand postcard image, also a top must-visit site for the Thailand tours. Wat Po follows up, the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok, noted for its reclining Buddha (Phra Buddhasaiyas). Have lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch, we continue to visit the most famous tourist place in Bangkok: Royal Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace adjoins Wat Phra Kaew. Despite the proximity of the two, there's a distinct difference in style between the Thai-styled Wat Phra Kaew and the more European-styled designs of the Grand Palace. After this place we go back to the hotel and free at leisure.

In the evening, tour guide will escort you to the airport for the flight to Chiang Mai. Arriving in Chiang Mai at around 9pm, check in and have a relaxing night rejuvenating yourself for tomorrow's Thailand holiday!

Day - 3 - Chiang Mai

After breakfast, your journey begins with a visit to a Meo Hill tribe village. Originally from China, people here preserve some Chinese traditions such as having a big family and men hold the dominance. Later, we will go to Doi Pui Village. Doi Pui was once famous for opium cultivation. It's 1500 metre above the sea level. Have lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, our trip continues on to Wat Doi Suthep Temple. With the white elephant legend, the temple has become one of the most visited sites in Thailand for all Thailand tours.

Day - 4 - Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai

After breakfast, we will fly to Chiang Rai, a frontier getaway for all Thailand tours.

Upon arrival, your private Thailand tour guide will take you to the lovely village of Mae Salong. One thing fascinating about this border village must be its resemblance as a small pokect of China: most villagers speak Chinese, vegetable and herbs are growing inside the gardens and Yunnanese food is served at the streets. Have lunch in the village.

After a relaxing stroll, we will go to Wat Rong Khun. 'You haven't seen all the temples till you see this!' as some Thailand tour fans claim, the white exterior is overcasted with tiny mirrors that shine out the entire temple shimmering right in front of you. Path leads you to the inside passing by the fire-burning hell where thousands of hands reaching out for mercy, which might get you thinking the real meaning of life and where the true faith lies. This is not the only reason why Wat Rong Khum becomes a must in Thailand tours in Chiang Rai, more awaits for your visit.

Day - 5 - Chiang Mai - Bangkok - Phnom Penh

Enjoy a free morning in Chiang Mai, at around 10am you will be flying to Bangkok, from where an international flight will take you to Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia. New chapter of your Indochina travel logs is about to unfold!

Upon arrival at around 5pm, our Cambodia tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to hotel. Have a free night in Phnom Penh. Comparing to Bangkok, what do you see is different?

Day - 6 - Phnom Penh

Opening up to outsiders, Phnom Penh has triggered a tourism boom for world-wide Cambodia tour fans, keeping up with the conventional and still the hottest Cambodia tours destination of Siem Reap. Today, Phnom Penh welcomes you with her most enthralling smile.

In the morning, we will start a city tour visting Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Raung Damrei Museum and National Museum of Fine Arts, ending the day in the Independence Monument.Have lunch in a nice restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will take a short trip to visit: the infamous Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. Prisoners from Tuol Sleng followed this same route to their fate. Despite the horrors of the past, it is a peaceful place to go and a tranquil spot to reflect on the tragic events that engulfed Cambodia and its people.

Day - 7 - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

In the early morning, we will fly to Siem Reap. Check in upon arrival.

In the afternoon, we will visit Ta Prohm, one of the area's most beautiful temples. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool, Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic. Preah Khan Temple, Built by the King Jayavarman VII. Visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls) and Ta Keo, constructed in late 10th early 11th century.

Going back to Siem Reap, our Cambodia tour guide will lead you up the Bakheng Hill for a stunningly beautiful sunset over the whole town.

Day - 8 - Siem Reap

After breakfast in your hotel, we will visit Angkor Wat, the largest and most breathtaking monument at Angkor. Built as the funerary temple for Suryavarman II, who ruled from 1112 to 1152, Angkor never fails to reward the Cambodia tour fans with its grand scale, surreal bas reliefs and unbelievable attention to detail. At noon, our private Cambodia tour guide will drive you back to Siem Reap for lunch.

This afternoon, we will focus our Cambodia holiday on Angkor Thom, including Pimeanakas, Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and finally, the Bayon, with its mysterious towers and beautiful bas reliefs. We will be back to Siem Reap before sunset.

Later, you will be invited to a traditional Apsara dinner show. Enjoy the excellent dance and great food!

Day - 9 - Siem Reap - Bangkok

Have you heard of the name Gem of Angkor? Here is where many Cambodia tour makers linger, here is where countless great photos are taken, yes, and here is Banteay Srei, the City of Queen. It is hard to tell when is the best time to savor its beauty for every angel of it counts as picture perfect. Today, in your own Cambodia tours, you will be close to the pulse of this mysterious yet graceful ruin complex. Banteay Srei is smaller than other temple complex of Angkor Wat; however, it well earns the name as Gem of Angkor for its meticulously exquisite carving and elegant layout. We will spend the morning in Banteay Srei and drive back to Siem Reap for lunch.

Have a free afternoon in Siem Reap and at night an international flight will take you to Bangkok.

Day - 10 - Bangkok
