Dear Alice, We have had a good time following our tour schedule. Our driver, Mr. Honma, was a very nice person although he spoke little English, but he had fulfilled driving us to all the places we wanted to go. Unfortunately, we missed your call to our hotel room on Sept. 4th while we were out visiting the volcano Hell Valley in the rain. However, we had good weather the following days. My experience of the onsen hot spring pool in Jozankei View Hotel was a bit uncomfortable that I had to strip naked in the public. It was a typical Japanese hotel that had no Western customers at all and the hotel staff spoke no English, thus I lost my way out of the pool going back to our hotel room.. My husband did not go to the onsen pool because there was no privacy. Also, we enjoyed visiting the Lavender fields in Furano. Thank you for your last minute arrangement for our stay at the Air Terminal Hotel on Sept. 3rd. Thus, we were able to complete our tour of Hokkaido. All in all we had a good time there. We also hired Mr. Honma to drive us to Chitose Airport for our departure. Best regards, Rajada Roberts

Thanks for your email. We had a very good holiday in Seoul and Jeju Island. Here are my comments. Good Points: - Booking a Jeju tour with Novaland has been a good decision because of the convenience and efficiency provided. All enquiries have been promptly handled and it has been very useful to get online replies to all our questions. - Tour guides in Jeju were helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our Jeju experience very much. - The Yeha tour programme was interesting and enjoyable. I never knew that Jeju was such a lovely place to visit. Now I tell all my friends how nice it is. Areas for improvement: - Ever Hotel was rather old. We didn't really like the Korean breakfast. I think booking directly with Yeha Tour would have given us a better hotel. - On both days of the tour, we had to climb the mountain right after lunch. It would be much better if the strenuous mountain climbing and hiking activities were done in the morning. - I didn't find it interesting to visit O Sulloc tea museum and ALTHR airfield. A big waste of time. Overall, the good points make up for the disappointments. I thank you for your super efficient service and wish you all the best. Thanks again, Mrs Wong

We were a group of 8 from Indonesia. And we visited korea in June for 9 days, we were trying to look for a local tour agency to go to Jeju Island only. We know Novaland through internet. We wrote to a few queries to few travel agent, if i was not mistaken, it was during the weekend, and to our surprise, we received a prompt reply from Novaland represented by Ms Melody. Ever since, we received a full information about Korea, from A to Z even though we have yet decided to take Novaland as our travel agent in Korea, such as place to visit in Seoul and Jeju, table manners, basic Korean language, weather, etc .. just name it. Ms. Melody has been a great help and the best thing about her is, she never failed in replying our email even though it was on weekend!!! Upon arriving in Incheon, we didn’t get any problem at all, the pick up team from Novaland was already there waiting for us and really helpful with our luggages too. and best of all, we also received a phone call from novaland office (I forget the lady’s name) asking how was our flight and stuff. Our tour guide in Jeju also amazing, Mr Peter. He is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Too bad the weather in Jeju at that time was raining, so we can’t really enjoy the sightseeing and the wind was so strong that certain tourist spot was cancelled (like ladies’ diving performance). In a nutshell, we are so happy and satisfied with Novaland Tour’s arrangmenent and services, specially the agent that liase with us, Ms. Melody, even at the end of our tour, she still send email to us asking how are we doing in Seoul and she even offer her help in case we need help in Seoul during our trip. Thank you Novaland and thank you Ms Melody. I will surely recommend your company to any of my friend who want to visit Korea. My additional comments : 1. Since it was raining and we are not prepare the umbrella, it will be better if you prepare enough umbrella in the car or disposable raincoat. 2. Since it was our first time to Korea and Jeju island, so we don’t know how is the situation of the place of interest to visit on the next day, it will be best if you could tell us what is the dress code (what to wear and what to bring). For example: when we visited the rock on the beach, my aunt was wearing high heels, so .. it was so difficult for her to walk. 3. Last one was, Korean food was yummy but spicy. We have 2 little kid who cannot eat spice, may be you can consider other non spice food for children Other than the above, everything was very good. Your service and hospitality was so amazing. I don’t know how to summarized this letter to put into your web, you have my permission to cut it short if you want to put this on your website. Hi Emma, We r on the way to HK now. We say good bye to u and Korea and thanks for everything that u gave done for us . Everything was great except hotel in Seoul . The hotel room is dirty, smelly, air condition doesn't work properly and my daughter had mosquito bite in her room. I would not recommend for hotel Rex for your customers. Any way this is my feed back . I have confident on you will do everything that possible to satisfy your customers. Once again good bye and my daughter is recovering from her skin allergy. Take care. hi emma! Sorry for the late reply because of my very busy lifestyle. First of all, i would like to say thank you very much for your kindness and a very good travel consultant. Tthanks also to charlie, a good tour guide who accommodate and bring me in a very nice tourist destination and attraction in seoul. and also a very kind driver , i forgot his name , who drop off me at the incheon airport. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!. See you next year when we will travel by group in south korea
