1. Dearest Alice I just landed back in Israel. I must say I don't have enough words to express my deepest gratitude to Nova Land and to you Alice in particular. Our trip success went beyond my expectations thanks to your hard work and concern. Thank you so much for taking care of us so patiently and for being attentive and responsive to our every need. I was so concerned in the beginning but very fast realize I could count on you to make our trip plan go smoothly. So I want to thank you again and again for everything you have done for me and the ladies. I could not get any more satisfied. I would definitely recommend Nova Land to everyone I know. Obviously the ladies traveling with me share the same view. Feel free to give my Email to anyone who needs recommendations on your line of work. . Praise for Nova Land . And particular Praise for Alice. Our wonderful, wonderful trip consultant. We really appreciate Alice's efforts. My deepest gratitude All the best Yours 2. Dear Alice Settling down and getting back to the routine has been a little tough. I wish we could still be on our trip. Like I promised I wrote a review of Novaland Tours on Tripadvisor. I hope you saw it. Again I would like to thank you and Novaland for taking such good care of us. thanks to you we really had an unforgettable trip. I assure you I spread the good word about NovaLand to everybody. A few thoughts I have had which I thought you should be aware of.. Our guide in Busan Kim Hyun Suk was the best out of the three guides we had. Also, in my humble opinion, the best lunch plan you can offer is probably a buffet where you get more variety of foods. The Korean food is really tasty but sometimes it was a little too hot and spicy. Though we loved the cultural experience we were happier about the buffet. Another thing...on our flight to and from Jeju though our luggage was heavy they didn't charge for overweight since we told them we got straight from an international flight. That's all from me thanks again for everything. Yours Osant

Hi Emma – first full day back in the states (we had a stop in San Francisco) and I am still getting acclimated to the 13 hour time difference. Please see my comments below. 1. How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guide’s, drivers or others’ attitude; hotels, transportations, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me. Both my son and I were extremely pleased with the planning done in advance and our two tour guides. Both of the guides were knowledgeable, flexible, and extremely courteous. We had great “planned” sites and some spontaneous sites (a paper-making company and a native market). We learned a lot from them about the history of Korea and about the Buddhist religion which made the whole trip so interesting. We did not like the hotel in Andong. Although it was very new, it was in the middle of nowhere, service was not very good, and although it was “high-tech”, the basics were missing (there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, there were only 3 hangers, just to name a few). We loved the hotel in Gweonju – in fact, loved everything about Gweongju and would definitely visit there again. Some of the highlights: Tumulli Park with the burial mounds; Haeinsa Temple; Hahoe Folk Village; and the Confucian Monastery. Very much appreciated being met at the train station in Seoul – unexpected but helpful. 2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger? You might want to warn travelers that many of these sites require a bit of rigorous walking/climbing. As a 69 year old with a bum knee, some were very challenging. However, the guides were great about helping me maneuver steep stairs. 3. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have. My son, who was born in Korean, says he came back with a better understanding of who he is and pride in being Korean. I thought that was a wonderful aspect to the trip.

Dear Alice, We are now at Narita airport, about to depart for Seoul, assuming we are fortunate enough to miss the looming typhoon! I would like to thank you so much for organizing our two week trip, travelling around Japan, it has been truly wonderful. We have both loved the culture and people of Japan, the sights, cities, countryside, scenery, and the museums in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. This has been our first visit to Japan, but we have both enjoyed it so much that we have decided to return again, hopefully in 2016 sometime. There were only two very minor issues during our tour that I feel you should be aware of: 1. The ryokan hotel in Hakone, was not aware that my wife was a vegetarian. I had booked dinner when we arrived at the hotel for 7pm, and when we arrived at the restaurant they had no vegetarian food prepared. This was not a major issue, as they did eventually prepare vegetarian food for her, but it did involve a slight delay. Perhaps I should have confirmed the fact that my wife was a vegetarian when I made the dinner reservation, but I had assumed that you had done this when the hotel booking was made by yourself. 2. The hotel room at the Granvia in Osaka was far too small. Every hotel that you booked for us was excellent, in terms of room size and standard of room. This room in the Granvia, however, was really tiny and did not meet with high standard of room as in all the other hotels that you booked for us. It was most certainly not the four star rating that we expected. This is a minor point in the overall scheme of our trip, but one that I feel you should be aware of for future bookings for your clients. One of my friends is hoping to visit Japan next year sometime, and I will have no hesitation in recommending both yourself and Novaland Tours, to help with arranging and booking his trip. Thank you once again for arranging our trip around Japan, it has been a wonderful experience.

Hi again! Good morning. Its raining today. I heard there's a typhoon approaching Jeju. Glad were flying back to Seoul today. The hotel we stayed was very comfortable and accomodating. Staff were very nice and resourceful even if there's a little language barrier. And the ajumma who'S preparing our food is very motherly. Food is great too and healthy. I have to mention this..the people in Jeju are very kind. We felt very secure. The taxi drivers, security guards and the passersby that we asked for direction...they made our trip very memorable. We love to come back. Over all Jeju is one of the best place to visit. I would surely recommend this to everyone I know. Thanks a lot Joanna. Thanks a lot Novaland! Jamie

Hello Emma! I am doing very well, thank you for asking! Yes, I had a great time during my tour and learned many new things! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Everything that I learned was priceless! Brian was very kind, informative and knowledgable. He was prompt and had a very good attitude and outlook. Very helpful as well so I really appreciate that too. There are no areas of improvement that I can suggest! I was able to experience great foods and see many wonderful and historic places. If I get a chance to re-visit Korea again, I will definitely use Novaland Tours again and would highly suggest to anyone else that I know. Even though being a foreigner, I was very comfortable and excited to see everything. Haha. Every moment that I was able to spend going around to different places was memorable. I will never forget the awesome experiences! Thank you again for the opportunity to see the Nanta show. It was a very fun show and I am thankful that you allowed me to see it. I am glad that everything was able to work out well in the end with the scheduling. Thank you again for keeping me informed and helping to work things out. ^_^ Until next time, Take care!!! Thank you again!! Dominique H.

Hello Emma, We had a wonderful trip with Novaland! Our driver/guide, Robert, was excellent. We are still in Seoul, touring on our own, and will reply to your email in more detail next week after we get back home. Thanks Lorraine How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guide’s, drivers or others’ attitude; transportations, hotels, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me. First I would like to say that it was a pleasure to work with you because you answered very quickly and worked with us to plan the tour to our specifications. You were very easy to work with. All the arrangements were excellent. Our tour guide, Robert, was a good driver and went out of his way to make the tour a very pleasant one. He was always willing to be flexible and to modify the plans to suit us. His English was very good and he gave us a lot of information at the sites. The van was very comfortable. Robert took us to some wonderful restaurants, taught us a little Korean and made the entire tour a wonderful experience. 2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger? I really can't think of anything. The tour was great. The prices are relatively expensive, though. I would have liked a guide to tipping the guide as we were not sure if this is the custom and how much to give. 3. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have A great trip to Korea. Thank you for arranging our wonderful tour.
