Dear Tina, I did fill out the 3 surveys we got from the guides during the tour, so I hope you will receive those. We had a great tour and we really liked it and would recommend it to other people if they would ask us. From an organization point of view everything went smooth. The guides and drivers were very courteous and accommodating. They were always on time and knowledgeable especially Mr Vongahit and Phoukhien we liked. The accommodations were as described and we especially liked the first one in Luang Prabang (Maison Dalabua), Vientiana (Ansara Hotel), the last one in Pakse (Champasak Grand we got a suite) and the eco lodges where we stayed. The other hotels were fine as well but just wanted to mention the other ones as special. From an itinerary perspective things were good as well. We had a couple of long driving days because of the bad roads especially in the north going to the plain of jars. In the south the roads are much better which was a surprise to us. But we had as well some shorter days of sightseeing so we could relax, so overall a good mix and not to stressful. I made 2 comments in the surveys: · To Done Khone Island, with the long boat, they told us that we were supposed only to take a small suitcase with supplies for 2 days. We did not know so we did not have a small suitcase and had not packed accordingly. In the end no problem as they took all our stuff along but I think you should mention it to other people going there. · On the plateau of Boloven, just before we visited the tea plantation, our guide Mr. Phoukhien took us to another waterfall just something like 10 minutes before the tea plantation and on the same way. The whole excursion might have taken 15 to 30 minutes and the fee was only 5,000 kip (so less than a dollar) but it was worthwhile. He knew about it as he did a lot of trekking in that forest and we would recommend that adding as an option. You can get the details from Mr. Phoukhien. So overall we are very happy and are planning to travel again with Novaland tours. We have done already lots of travel in Asia but we have still on our list: Indonesia, South Korea, West China with Tibet (have seen the normal tourist attractions), North of Japan (similar to China have seen the normal), go back to Nepal and then a couple of countries which I think Novaland does not do Philippines and Mongolia. I will write to you in the next couple of days on our first interest and that is Indonesia and would like to get an idea on what the price would be on the trip I am thinking of. Best regards and thanks for all your help. Jean Marie and Adi.

The trip has been great. Planning was well too. Our tour guides were helpful along the way and I'm very happy about it. 1. How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guide’s, drivers or others’ attitude; hotels, transportations, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me. - Tour guides and drivers were all satisfying. - Only downfall was the ski tour in which the payment for our ski gear was not included and only informed after the ski trip. - Information on what is provided for the ski trip also wasn't clear as it mentioned ski gear but the guide was mentioning that the gear did not include rental for ski top and bottom. 2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger? - Communication with travellers - Apparently on the last day, our pickup to the airport came earlier but we were not told about the timing. 3. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have. - Thanks Melody and Novaland team for making this trip to Korea a memorable one. Will look forward to booking other holidays with you.

Hi Cindy, Happy New Year, hope everything is well with you. I am just settling down back to study now, so I will give the feedback: My parents and I are overall very satisfied with the service throughout our tour. Especially with our tour guide Helen and the driver Mr Choi in Busan. They were super helpful, fun and friendly, we would love to have them again when we visit Busan again next time. The Sunbee hotel was great, we love it. It was spacious and comfortable, the people there were also super friendly and accommodating to our requests. Nevertheless, the hotel in Busan is pretty bad. It was really small, even for 2 people in a room, the bed was not that comfortable as well. The only good thing was it was clean and good location (located near to local restaurants and market). The only thing was we went to a bit of panic during our KTX ride from Seoul to Busan. We only got our ticket in photos, from the tour guide in Seoul (Yoomi) who contacted the office regarding the ticket. When we reached Seoul station and asked if it was OK to get on the train with the captured ticket images, they said no which caused us to panic. The information staffs in Seoul station was totally unhelpful with saying no can do to us. So we went to the ticketing, luckily one of the ticketing sales lady was really kind and contacted Mr Jacky regarding our tickets and re-printed them for us. So, if it can be arranged for us before the KTX trip, that would be great. I think that's the only thing to improve, other than that it was really satisfactory. I will give a review in tripadvisor for you as well when I have time, so please bear with me, I am really slow in updating this kind of thing. ^^; We are planning to have a trip to Japan next, though we are still not sure when to go. If you can recommend us a perfect time, maybe during autumn time (October?). We are interested to visit Kyoto and Kyushu. Thank you very much Cindy for arranging this tour. You have been excellent and very helpful throughout =) Have a nice day Regards, Metta

Dear Lilian, Happy New Year ! Thank you for helping us to arrange this family trip. We have spent an amazing time together as a family since this is the first time everyone is present from my family and gives us a lasting memory for the rest of our lives. Such time together is rare and precious for all of us. All of us just LOVE to visit Japan. Generally the tour is excellent, I like the size of the Bus with its good leg space. The tour guide is generally helpful, but the 1st tourguide we had, forgot his name since i dont communicate with him directly, the one that guided us in osaka needs to improve on his showmanship. As he did not explain anything about the city, and read everything from the paper and remained quiet for most of the time. Frankly we were very disappointed with him but fortunately the second tourguide ,the lady is excellent, as she prepared well to explain to us in details with her story about japan and the city we visited. The other tourguides are acceptable though not excellent. Actually i compared with tourguides in China, experienced quite a number of Chinese tourguides, Japanese tourguides lack something, perhaps the way they communicate, correct me if i am wrong,I still prefer Chinese tourguides in China.. Compliments to your counterparts in China. The driver who started with us is excellent as he tried to accommodate to our different needs. Food wise is generally good, we love japanese food, except the portion is quite small so the juniors are still feeling hungry after lunch.. Overall we are satisfied with your service, maybe my brother and sisters could give other feedback. Thanks for your everything, we will contact you in future should we need your service in other great destinations, All the best for 2015 Warmest Regards, Francesca

Hi Lilian, I received it.. thank you. From a feedback perspective: 1. I wasn't sure why we had different tour guides within each city. It would have helped if they were the same. On the first day of the tour, the person wasn't really ideal as a guide as the tour guide barely shared the city knowledge as compared to the 2nd tour guide. We reduced some of the visits on the first day as we didn't have enough time but things like Gion area would have been a better suggestion than the tea ceremony. The palace too was closed and it would have been great to know that earlier and then re-route to a different day instead. In Tokyo, the guides were able to adapt to what we want and it would have been helpful to know the following: checks to the imperial palace entrance cold have been vetted prior so that we don't have to miss it not knowing that mt Fuji was probably not a feasible option as we could not go up, we re-routed to the city so we didn't go there. My son and I also had a cold so not sure if the costs weren't offsetted with something else. on the day of departure, my sister commented that the driver sending them in the morning drove way to fast and he was fairly sleepy. Hope this helps..
