When we arrived at Incheon airport Miss.Tina Wu and Mr.Lee were waiting for our arrival despite was late. They were helpful and kind. It was a great experience with their food arrangements and touring. Thanks to both of them.

Hi Melody, We just got back to the US yesterday and me and my family are very much satisfied with the service. All the guides and driver are very nice and knowledgeable. The service is superb. The hotels that we stayed are very clean and the restaurants that we went to are very authentic korean restaurants and very clean. Thank you very much for planning everything for us. We could not have done it without you .we will for sure use your company again when we plan our next trip. I will send you some pictures of our trip soon.I dont have any negative experience in our trip. Its all positive and we will forever keep this experience in our hearts. Where can we improve to be better and stronger? - I can't think of anything to improve as the entire experience exceeded my expectations. 3. Hi! Joanna Thank you for your follow up :) Yes we are back in Melbourne, Australia. Arrived safely home early this morning :) We definitely will seek your company; Novaland again for our future visits in Asia. Your team Ms. Kim & Mr Choi was very exceptional in their service, flexible and thoughtful. For example changing cherry blossom viewing from Jinhae to Gyeongju. We felt very pleased with the cherry blossoms...it was our main reason for our visit and we left Busan very happy and blessed. They were also very considerate towards my children. Always assessing and adjusting according to my children's attention and level of energy. I will definitely get in touch in future and highly recommend family and friends. Dear Siva, Thank you for your email which I just opened today. We returned home last night from a three week tour of South East Asia. The tour with Kim was excellent. We were extremely impressed with the way in which she handled our request to change the itinerary. This was our request not to visit any markets as we had seen many prior to arriving in Busan. She remained calm, offered us a change and delivered an excellent tour considering we only had 5 hours. Her command of English was very good and her knowledge of the history of Korea and the Buddhist way of life gave us a better understanding of South Korea and its people. Our visit to the memorial to victims during the Korean war and also the Buddhist temple by the coast will be very memorable to us for years to come. She is a very capable guide, pleasant and gentle and we would highly recommend her to any of your clients. Her car and driving were excellent and comfortable. The only down side was the lack of time against the total cost of the tour. At $340 for 5 hours we did feel it was expensive but understood that this was the day rate for Kim plus transport. However without Kim’s insight we would not have gained so much information or seen so much in the short time. We hope to return to East Asia in the future and will take you up on your $50 reduction. Dear Alice, Everything is fine with us. We loved your tour and it was organized very well. The food provided was also nice. However, you forgot to tell us about the JR pass and we ended up spending more money on our travel. Please mention this pass to your other tour guests since it has to be bought before you enter Japan. We are very happy with your tour and will definitely recommend your tour to my other friends. I will also write a favorable review for Novaland on Trip advisor. Thanks.
