Hello, EmmarnrnGreetings from Seoul, Korea! We are still here as my husband has a long conference + meeting, and then we will have a few days exploring Seoul together. We return to Scotland on Friday 30 October, after more than 3 weeks in Korea.rnrnThe first part of our time in Korea was spent with Novaland and was excellent - that is our summary of your tour!rnrn1. TRAVEL CONSULTANT - Emma Chen - excellent, efficient, flexible and accommodating in the preparation of our tour. You always replied promptly and pleasantly. Everything went very smoothly because of your good planning and communication.rnrnTOUR GUIDES Jeju - Yeha tours x3, to the South, West and East were all excellent. (Both guides were very good, Je Hoon and Gin - but especially the latter).rnBusan - Kim was a brilliant guide - very knowledgable, interesting, personal and kind. She answered our many questions with patience!rnGyeongju, Andong (Daegu) etc - Mr Jon(g) - a wonderful guide with so much knowledge, experience, and understanding of history, culture and religion, plus a great sense of humour!rnrnDRIVERS ETC. The lady who met us at Incheon Airport was pleasant - she must have wondered where we were as our luggage was left in Quatar (transit stop) so we had to discuss with the Airline how to forward it.rnDrivers from Incheon Airport to Sunbee Hotel (9 Oct), and from Sunbee Hotel to Gimpo Airportrn(10 Oct), possibly did not know the way to the Sunbee Hotel - maybe SatNav misdirected them.rnYeha bus drivers in Jeju were all very goodrnDriver form Busan Airport to Toyoko Hotel - Mr Jacky Choi, was excellent and informative, but we wished he had introduced himself at the airport! Good to meet the local organiser.rnDriver for 5 days - around Busan and then on to Daegu - Mr Choi (brother), is an excellent, careful, reliable driver. We felt very safe.rnrnHOTELS. Sunbee Hotel, Seoul - was an excellent choice - so central, but quiet, and with clean, comfortable rooms, and welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Good Korean breakfast too. Easy to walk to historical places.rnEver Hotel, Jeju, was pleasant to stay in with a good breakfast. It was near a street with restaurants and especially cosmetic shops, but did not have scenic places to walk to - not really necessary!rnToyoko Hotel, Haeundae, Busan, was comfortable and quiet, with a very good breakfast, and close to the beach and other places to walk. There were nearby restaurants.rnrnSCENIC TRIPS We thought the visits were well planned and varied. They allowed us to see a lot of the cities and countryside (especially beautiful with the Autumn colours), but also to understand more of the religious, historical and cultural background, with visits to temples, tumuli, museums, markets, beaches and cultural villages. We enjoyed being introduced to varied local cuisine too.rnrnWe have many happy memories of all the places we visited and of people we met, and the guides who explained things so well to us. It was good to be part of bigger groups on the Jeju tours, but very special to have our own guide and driver on the mainland Novoland part of the trip. Communication was very good before and during the trip so we always knew what each day would involve. It is difficult to think where / how you can improve your service as it was so good! We will thoroughly recommend Novaland and try to persuade some of our friends to use your company! Thank you very much!rnrnWith our best wishesrnrnColin and Marian Martin NLT-150924-AJ60151

Dear Joanna, rnTomorrow we return home from a glorious Korean trip!rnThis by far was the very best trip we have taken-anywhere!rnI thank you for arranging such a successful adventure - the hotels were all very nice, the tour guides outstanding and the food was some of the very best we have enjoyed. The tours were all interesting and we learned so much.rnrnrnThe people of Korea are kind and so friendly!rnrnrnWe look forward to returning to Asia, with you as our travel coordinator. Please give me your recommendations for our next trip we have visited China from Shanghai to Beijing, north India, Viernam, Thailand & Turkey, again about 15 days.rnrnrnThank you again,rnCarol NLT-151002-MK56144

Dear DorisrnrnThank you for your follow up. Yes, we are back home.rnSorry for late reply as we got quite busy catching up with work. :)rnrnWe are happy with the tour to Mount Fuji and Kakone.rnrnFirst of all, I thank you for your consistent follow up from enquiry through booking of the tour, answering my questions and also taking the effort to drop me an email on the eve of our trip. That is very thoughtful.rnrnThe pick up at the hotel was on time & the entire journey to catch the bus to Mount Fuji was also well organised. However, the stops at Mount Fuji and Mount Hakone were both relatively short & so, it was quite a rush to take photos, buy food/ souvenirs & go to the toilets etc. I guess it is a common feedback? :) Not too sure if there is any way to improve on that given the long travel distances. This, we understand too.rnrnThe tour guide (Mika, if i remember correctly) is very patient & attentive. She also gave us clear instructions on how to return to our individual hotels and sent all of us off on the bullet train which was was great since all of us do not speak or read Japanese & were worried about alighting at the wrong stop.rnrnI think the bus driver was polite & drove carefully.rnrnHope the above comments help. I will surely consider booking tours with Novalands again.rnrnHave a great weekend!rnrnrnBest regardsrnJulie NLT-150924-DJ60010

Dear Emma!rnrnOur vacation was amazing & fantastic.rnI really liked the tours, tour guides, hotels & transportation.rnI want to tell you & all other guys my great thanks!!!rnrnThe only thing is that on Jeju island there were little time to visit all the places included in tours.rnFor example, we had just 1 hour for Hallim park. But the place is really wonderful.rnIt's good to have at least 2 hours)).rnrnI smiled a lot during our journey :) and took pleasure of every day in South Korea.rnrnI want to share my photos/videos. I uploaded them to google drive:rnhttps://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-3Y0kkZhlFkcTJhcTdMV2czaGc&usp=sharingrnrnrnAlso, please, send to me Novaland tours post address.rnI want to send some gifts to you & also the tour guides I liked most of all:rnDaniel (Seoul City tour) & Mr. Yoon (DMZ & Suwon tours...).rnrnTHANK YOU !!!rnrnp.s.: of course, if I go to Asia next year, I'll certainly use Novaland Tours!!!rnrnWith best regards,rnAnna NLT-150903-DJ59611

Hi Siva, rnrnWe had a really nice time in Japan. rnrnWe appreciated all that you did for us to make our trip enjoyable. rnrnWe liked our day tours in Tokyo. rnrnI would recommend that your clients be told that the day tours are with JTB Sunrise Tours and that a JTB tour guide would meet them in the lobby. rnrnThey should also be told that a shuttle transfer bus will take them to the the tour bus depot where they will then depart on their tour. rnrnThe sites that we saw on the Nikko World Heritage tour and the Dynamic Tokyo tour were very good. rnrnThe JAL Hotel in Aomori was okay. The hotel room we checked into was extremely small. There was hardly any room to move around. I think your clients should be advised of that. They should also be given the option of upgrading to a larger room with two double beds. Those rooms are more of a western standard size. rnrnOur private guide in Hokkaido, "Taka" was excellent. He was very well prepared with umbrellas and towels when it was rainy. He was very accommodating. We enjoyed the Oyunuma brook foot bath. rnrnWe really liked our stay at the Toya Kohantei Onsen. Our lake front room was amazing. rnrnWe also like the Makado Onsen Hotel. The food at all of the hotels was very good. rnrnThanks again,rnLynne Lowe NLT-150912-MK62134
