Thanks for the arrangements and changes made during our Japan trip. We had a good time, good hotels and good tours.

We understand that small things like the pick-up driver at the airport can happen, no oroblem! Thanks for the lunch to make up on it. The rest of the trip was perfect.

Outstanding trip to Japan- Cindy at Novaland

Not only did Cindy deliver our trip exactly as expected without any issues, she also made smooth, on the spot changes when we were grounded in Tokyo due to the typhoon. Her email contact was excellent during our stay and her late night problem solving and contact during the emergency was very much appreciated.

We are always a little hesitant to use on online travel agency especially when not based in the USA, however I highly recommend Cindy and Novaland Tours. Her planning, execution, and price were excellent. We will use her again for our next trip!

Unforgettable 1 week vacation in Japan

Hi Melody,

The tour in general is fine, but the Nagoya trip can be improved as it was quite far from Kyoto using private van. Was thinking taking subway and bullet train will be faster as it took close to 4.5hrs for travel for 2 attractions only.

First day, Hiro san did not explain much - means in Nagoya in attractions, this can be improved.

The rest of 2 days will ok as he did explain the needs. Hiro san is quite helpfull and willing to provide necessary assistance whenever is needed.

Improvements can be considered in future trips for large group:

1) limits 2-3 attractions per day and it was quite rush during our walking tour and some area we couldn’t spen too much time

2) tour guides to share more on what must eat (not a tourist spots)

Anywhere, thanks for your arrangement and in overall it was a good trip.

Amazing SOLO trip

It has been incredible trip to jeju, i would say its my first time solo trip to some outside destination . thanks to novaland trip for its fantastic cheap and best .customized trip . first of all i would glad to thanks miss. helen yang for her wonderful help all through out my trip she tailored my trip according my needs. I am able to see all wonderful,breathtaking ,mother nature . Able to meet some wonderful strange travel. Able to have mouthwatering Korean food.and last but not the least i would like to thank our travel guide mr.light for his fascinating communication ,his jeal to explain the destination history .his composite attitude had made me amusing.once again thanks novaland travel for wonderful trip
