It was a very enjoyable trip. Thenight in Obanazawa was good. The food was good.

We actually like to hotel in Zao better. Inside only. Outside is a bit inconvenient because of the location. The rooms in Zao was good was better than the ones in Obanazawa. That’s ouropinion. The only problem with both hotels are they do not have shower in therooms. So for guests who are shy to go for onsen, then it is a bitinconvenient.

We had a great holiday with Novaland Tours! We planned our own itinerary to Korea and asked tour specialist Melody to help us arrange for a bus to bring 20 of us around. We had a mix of elderly folks, teens and young kids. Our tour guide David is our BEST GUIDE ever. He was flexible with our requests, brought us to dine at a variety of authentic local restaurants! Not only did we manage to taste authentic Korea cuisines, we also manage to cover most of places we wanted to visit at a comfortable pace. - with Ng See Swee and Genevieve Ng in Seoul, Korea.

tours are ok except that we was not able to ride the cable cars due to snow... but overall it's a great experience. Our 1st day your guide Miyuki Ikeda is also very accomodating.. she even helped me choose a warmer shoes for snow.
