I wanted to let you know that we are home now and that wehave had a wonderful time in Korea!  Mr. Young was a wonderful host and wewere surprised and pleased with his hospitality!  He even made breakfastfor us for our ride to the airport this morning!  What a considerate thingto do!  I had no idea that he would provide so many services for us andwas more than helpful.  Many thanks to you for introducing us to him andto him for all he had done for us!  I will heartily recommend NovalandTours to anyone who plans to travel to Asia!

We arrived back home in KL safely onFriday night.

Thanks for the wonderful trip arrangedfor us. We got through very well on our own with the taxi on Thursday. Weenjoyed ourselves very much with the street food and shopping at Myeongdong! Wewould rate this trip of ours 10/10. The tour guide given to us, Mr Young and MrFred was excellent. I would highly recommended my friends and family members totravel with Novaland – flexible, very helpful and accommodative!

Hi Joanna,

   We left Korea and traveled in China for a week, then flew to Europe where we are now, so still on the road.  I did want to tell you that Young was simply terrific.  All of us enjoyed him as a guide and we felt him become part of our family.  All of our needs were taken care of and he was knowledgable and helpful at every turn.  He gave us many insights into Korean culture, history, and present day living that we could never have obtained in any other way.  And the food!  He knew exactly where to take us and we experienced many different wonderful cuisines.  All in all, it was a fantastic experience and it was due to Young. 

We do have pictures to send and are gathering them.  We have some for Young also and have sent some to him, but others will follow soon.

We will definitely recommend Novaland Tours to our friends and we loved every minute of our time with Young and Korea.

Hi Emma.  Trip is going great!  Young is amazing.  We are in Jeju right now going to Busan tomorrow evening.  For our return to Lotte Seoul for 2 nights starting on August 1, can we request rooms in the new tower?  We liked the rooms in the old tower but would like to experience the new tower if possible.  Thanks.

Sorry for the late response just now I read your email. 

We just came back from South Korea. Mr. Young, our guide arrived on time from the Airport on day 1 and he is very helpful until we go back to the airport on our last day in South Korea.

Just want to thank you for your excellent job in assisting me to make this tour happened from day 1 to day 5 to be memorable and enjoyable. And our hotel(hotel sunbee) is excellent as well.
