First contact was Bruce who was excellent in providing us guidance, information and immediate communication making the booking easy and stress free. Bruce's follow up right before the trip, giving us direct numbers and names to our contacts really put us at ease. We had 3 different bookings on 3 different days and it was amazing that we had the same guide (Jade Kim)) for all three. Jade Kim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. His English was excellent. We were very impressed that Jade Kim went the extra mile to suggest some small changes in itinerary to make our tour even better. It was an overall GREAT experience!!
Although it is kind of scary to fully pay 15 pax tour fees in full before the trip, my worries were gone the moment the driver picked me up at the airport. Doris ( my contact in Novaland) even emailed me in the middle of the trip asking if I encountered any problems. Very good service from Doris and well done Novaland. Pls keep it up.
