Tina, rnrnSuzanne and I enjoyed our trip. Charlie was a wonderful guide. His English was very good, and he's a terrific driver. He was very knowledgable. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he always found out. Charlie was very polite and helpful, and he played a big role in our having such an enjoyable vacation.rnrnThank you for making all of the arrangements for us.rnrnDiane Burrowes

The guide was good and he showed me the Canadian and Australian monuments. We drove around the area and I got a good overall impression of the battlefield.rnrnBut my map was not good enough to identify the exact locations of the Australian forces. Tommy tried to be helpful but he is not a military specialist. I am not complaining.rnrnNow I have a good military map from the Australian Embassy so I want to go back again to Gapyeoung.rnrnBob Muirhead

Dear Lillian:rnAfter Korea we were on a river cruise in Myanmar with very poor internet connection. We arrived back in Calgary from Bangkok last night. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed Seoul and that the services provided by Novaland were excellent. We are both old travelers and have been all over the world so we rarely find such good service. Thank you. After I adjust to jet-lag I will write again with more details.rnregards

hi Lillian, rnrnAfter three weeks of travels, we are back home safely. rnrnThank you for taking care of our Korea Tour. We were given first class attention from the time we arrived at Incheon Airport. The drivers and tour guides are very professional...always willing to help in any way.rnrnThe hotels you picked for us were perfectly situated. We were able to explore on our own after our daily tours. We enjoyed all of the tours but we particularly enjoyed our Jeju Tour.rnrnWe only had one confusion at the Busan train station - we didn't know that the driver will meet us as we get out of the train. We looked for him at the station exits (there were three). We eventually found him and all is well.rnrnOverall, you did an excellent job putting together our travel schedule. You took care of every detail.rnrnAloha!rnAmor

My tour guide was Elvis (on the first day trip) and Charlie (on the 2nd and 3rd day trip). They both were great, very accommodating and tried their best to let us know the fact and figures of the area where we visited.rnElvis contacted me the night prior to the day trip to the ski resort. That was most welcome to receive the affirmation from the tour guide himself.rnCharlie did in fact suggested for me to combine the day 2 and 4 itinerary to be fit in one day so that I could do other tour or have the day 4 for myself- which was great – I was able to do my own excursion at the Itaewon area – where I visited the Seoul Mosque and found many HALAL restaurant, even the HALAL Korean restaurant!rnrnI guess, the local temperature was a tad too cold for me. I suffered from dried and itchy skin due to the cold temperature. As Charlie suggested that the best time to visit Seoul is in Sept-Oct….maybe next time!

Dear Joanna, rnrnWe had great time with our tour guide, Kim in busan.rnI will write you review on weekend.rnrnRegards,rnHue MinrnDear Joanna,rnrnBusanrn1. Your reply is fast whenever I asked any question, same with Peggy. You guys are professional as compared with other tours. Overall I am very satisfied with service provided by Novaland. Our tour guide, Kim was friendly and professional though her chinese was not good as tour guide in Jeju. Kim was kind and she even borrowed scarf to my mum because Kim worried that my mum might be caught cold. After tour ended on first day, Kim brought us to take subway to Seomyeon where her tuition center located. Driver was kind because our second day tour ended at Jagalchi Market but he volunteered to fetch us to Centum Spa Land because he worried that we might get lost the way to get there from Jagalchi Market. For Toyoko-inn hotel, everything was nice except WIFI. WIFI was sucks when I stayed in room and I need to go to lobby only able to surf net. Not much choices for breakfast but it was delicious and room was clean. Hotel location is good and near to subway. rnrnJejurn1. I didn't know that Novaland sub my tour to Yeha, you should have inform me earlier. Tour guide Kim was professional as she shared lot of information about Korea culture. The tour was kinda rush and too little time on some spots. We didn't really enjoy on first day may be due to raining so we were quite tired. For Ever Hotel, we were surprised when we entered into room, it was huge and even had computer inside but the computer was down and technician didn't come to work until 3rd day but don't worry is ok. Hotel receptionists were friendly and polite whenever we asked anything. Room was nice except don't have safety box.rnrn2. One suggestion for scenic arrangement: May be can try to put Taejongdae into your tour package. Novaland can try to have more tour packages such as couple package from aspect of romantic scenic, hotel, restaurants.rnrn3. Can you send me quotation of Japan tour? My family and I might be going to Japan next year.rnrnThank you.

Dear Joanna, here are some feedback. Thanksrn rn1. How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guide’s, drivers or others’ attitude; hotels, transportations, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me.rn1. Firstly, it would be good if we can have some tips on how best to get around Korea. I realised Seoul is a very expensive place when I have to pay $140,000 for the cab fees. After that we learn to take the subway and bus. Good if the group could offer to take us from Airport to Hotel for the first day and input the price in.rn2. Do we have to give tips? Because the first tour guide told us the tip should be US$5 per person?rn3. For information, if there are Muslims, they cannot eat Korea food. This can be told upfront to them – then they can make alternative arrangements for themselves. I notice there’s a lot of Starbucks and Dunkin Donut around S Korea, so we can help ourselves with these.rn4. On the whole, I am very impressed with the professionalism and the service Novaland gave to us. They are true to their confirmed itineraries and all the guides came promptly as promised.rn2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger? – to accept credit card payments. The food for Muslims packages.rn rn5. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have.rnThe happy moments is when the tour guide is good and understanding – we had Charlie and I think he is very patient and understanding. I really like the visits to the palace, museums, Namsan tower and Nondameun market – but the time given to us is very short. Especially the Nondameun market, we were only given 20 minutes shopping!! Busan offers breathtaking view which we enjoyed apart from the hotel which strictly have the 4pm admission. The receptionist is also rude and told me to tell my tour agent that the admission time is only 4pm. We feel that they really do not have compassion as we are thousand miles from home and they are not welcoming. The Jeju city tour is good and memorable and they give us freedom within that span of time to wander on our own and the tour guides are very informative.rnWe had plans on going to Seoul again and we will be contacting you when we are going.rn rn rnNorlizah

Hi Emma, rnrnWe r on the way to HK now. We say good bye to u and Korea and thanks for everything that u gave done for us . Everything was great except hotel in Seoul . The hotel room is dirty, smelly, air condition doesn't work properly and my daughter had mosquito bite in her room. I would not recommend for hotel Rex for your customers. Any way this is my feed back . I have confident on you will do everything that possible to satisfy your customers. Once again good bye and my daughter is recovering from her skin allergy. Take care.rnrnChin' family

We were a group of 8 from Indonesia. And we visited korea in June for 9 days, we were trying to look for a local tour agency to go to Jeju Island only.rnrnWe know Novaland through internet. rnWe wrote to a few queries to few travel agent, if i was not mistaken, it was during the weekend, and to our surprise, we received a prompt reply from Novaland represented by Ms Melody.rnrnEver since, we received a full information about Korea, from A to Z even though we have yet decided to take Novaland as our travel agent in Korea, such as place to visit in Seoul and Jeju, table manners, basic Korean language, weather, etc .. just name it. Ms. Melody has been a great help and the best thing about her is, she never failed in replying our email even though it was on weekend!!!rnrnUpon arriving in Incheon, we didn’t get any problem at all, the pick up team from Novaland was already there waiting for us and really helpful with our luggages too. and best of all, we also received a phone call from novaland office (I forget the lady’s name) asking how was our flight and stuff.rnrnOur tour guide in Jeju also amazing, Mr Peter. He is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Too bad the weather in Jeju at that time was raining, so we can’t really enjoy the sightseeing and the wind was so strong that certain tourist spot was cancelled (like ladies’ diving performance).rnrnIn a nutshell, we are so happy and satisfied with Novaland Tour’s arrangmenent and services, specially the agent that liase with us, Ms. Melody, even at the end of our tour, she still send email to us asking how are we doing in Seoul and she even offer her help in case we need help in Seoul during our trip. rnrnThank you Novaland and thank you Ms Melody. I will surely recommend your company to any of my friend who want to visit Korea.rnrnrnMy additional comments :rn1. Since it was raining and we are not prepare the umbrella, it will be better if you prepare enough umbrella in the car or disposable raincoat.rnrn2. Since it was our first time to Korea and Jeju island, so we don’t know how is the situation of the place of interest to visit on the next day, it will be best if you could tell us what is the dress code (what to wear and what to bring). For example: when we visited the rock on the beach, my aunt was wearing high heels, so .. it was so difficult for her to walk.rnrn3. Last one was, Korean food was yummy but spicy. We have 2 little kid who cannot eat spice, may be you can consider other non spice food for childrenrnrnOther than the above, everything was very good. Your service and hospitality was so amazing.rnrnI don’t know how to summarized this letter to put into your web, you have my permission to cut it short if you want to put this on your website.rnrnThank you so much Novaland and specially thank you so much Ms. Melody. I am very amaze with your services, your company is very lucky to have you as their assets.rnrnWarm regards,rnMerlina
