The hotel room is dirty, smelly, air condition doesn't work properly and my daughter had mosquito bite in her room. I would not recommend for hotel Rex for your customers. We were a group of 8 from Indonesia. And we visited korea in June for 9 days, we were trying to look for a local tour agency to go to Jeju Island only.rnrnWe know Novaland through internet. rnWe wrote to a few queries to few travel agent, if i was not mistaken, it was during the weekend, and to our surprise, we received a prompt reply from Novaland represented by Ms Melody.rnrnEver since, we received a full information about Korea, from A to Z even though we have yet decided to take Novaland as our travel agent in Korea, such as place to visit in Seoul and Jeju, table manners, basic Korean language, weather, etc .. just name it. Ms. Melody has been a great help and the best thing about her is, she never failed in replying our email even though it was on weekend!!!rnrnUpon arriving in Incheon, we didn’t get any problem at all, the pick up team from Novaland was already there waiting for us and really helpful with our luggages too. and best of all, we also received a phone call from novaland office (I forget the lady’s name) asking how was our flight and stuff.rnrnOur tour guide in Jeju also amazing, Mr Peter. He is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Too bad the weather in Jeju at that time was raining, so we can’t really enjoy the sightseeing and the wind was so strong that certain tourist spot was cancelled (like ladies’ diving performance).rnrnIn a nutshell, we are so happy and satisfied with Novaland Tour’s arrangmenent and services, specially the agent that liase with us, Ms. Melody, even at the end of our tour, she still send email to us asking how are we doing in Seoul and she even offer her help in case we need help in Seoul during our trip. rnrnThank you Novaland and thank you Ms Melody. I will surely recommend your company to any of my friend who want to visit Korea.rnrnrnMy additional comments :rn1. Since it was raining and we are not prepare the umbrella, it will be better if you prepare enough umbrella in the car or disposable raincoat.rnrn2. Since it was our first time to Korea and Jeju island, so we don’t know how is the situation of the place of interest to visit on the next day, it will be best if you could tell us what is the dress code (what to wear and what to bring). For example: when we visited the rock on the beach, my aunt was wearing high heels, so .. it was so difficult for her to walk.rnrn3. Last one was, Korean food was yummy but spicy. We have 2 little kid who cannot eat spice, may be you can consider other non spice food for childrenrnrnOther than the above, everything was very good. Here are my comments.rnrnGood Points: rn- Booking a Jeju tour with Novaland has been a good decision because of the convenience and efficiency provided. All enquiries have been promptly handled and it has been very useful to get online replies to all our questions. rn- Tour guides in Jeju were helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our Jeju experience very much.rn- The Yeha tour programme was interesting and enjoyable. I never knew that Jeju was such a lovely place to visit. Now I tell all my friends how nice it is. rnrnAreas for improvement:rn- Ever Hotel was rather old. We didn't really like the Korean breakfast. I think booking directly with Yeha Tour would have given us a better hotel.rn- On both days of the tour, we had to climb the mountain right after lunch. It would be much better if the strenuous mountain climbing and hiking activities were done in the morning. rn- I didn't find it interesting to visit O Sulloc tea museum and ALTHR airfield. Dear Alice,rnrnWe have had a good time following our tour schedule. Our driver, Mr. Honma, was a very nice person although he spoke little English, but he had fulfilled driving us to all the places we wanted to go. Unfortunately, rnwe missed your call to our hotel room on Sept. 4th while we were out visiting the volcano Hell Valley in the rain. However, we had good weather the following days. My experience of the onsen hot spring pool in Jozankei View Hotel was a bit uncomfortable that I had to strip naked in the public. It was a typical Japanese hotel that had no Western customers at all and the hotel staff spoke no English, thus I lost my way out of the pool going back to our hotel room.. My husband did not go to the onsen pool because there was no privacy. Also, we enjoyed visiting the Lavender fields in Furano. rn rnThank you for your last minute arrangement for our stay at the Air Terminal Hotel on Sept. 3rd. Thus, we were able to complete our tour of Hokkaido. All in all we had a good time there. We also hired Mr. Honma to drive us to Chitose Airport for our departure.rnrnBest regards,rnrnRajada Roberts

He was always willing to be flexible and to modify the plans to suit us. His English was very good and he gave us a lot of information at the sites. The van was very comfortable. Robert took us to some wonderful restaurants, taught us a little Korean and made the entire tour a wonderful experience. rnrn 2. Hi again!rnrnGood morning. Its raining today. I heard there's a typhoon approaching Jeju. Glad were flying back to Seoul today.rnThe hotel we stayed was very comfortable and accomodating. Staff were very nice and resourceful even if there's a little language barrier. And the ajumma who'S preparing our food is very motherly. Food is great too and healthy.rnI have to mention this..the people in Jeju are very kind. We felt very secure. The taxi drivers, security guards and the passersby that we asked for direction...they made our trip very memorable.rnWe love to come back. Over all Jeju is one of the best place to visit. Dear Alice,rnrnWe are now at Narita airport, about to depart for Seoul, assuming we are fortunate enough to miss the looming typhoon!rnrnI would like to thank you so much for organizing our two week trip, travelling around Japan, it has been truly wonderful. We have both loved the culture and people of Japan, the sights, cities, countryside, scenery, and the museums in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. This has been our first visit to Japan, but we have both enjoyed it so much that we have decided to return again, hopefully in 2016 sometime.rnrnThere were only two very minor issues during our tour that I feel you should be aware of:rnrn1. The ryokan hotel in Hakone, was not aware that my wife was a vegetarian. I had booked dinner when we arrived at the hotel for 7pm, and when we arrived at the restaurant they had no vegetarian food prepared. This was not a major issue, as they did eventually prepare vegetarian food for her, but it did involve a slight delay. Perhaps I should have confirmed the fact that my wife was a vegetarian when I made the dinner reservation, but I had assumed that you had done this when the hotel booking was made by yourself.rnrn2. The hotel room at the Granvia in Osaka was far too small. Every hotel that you booked for us was excellent, in terms of room size and standard of room. This room in the Granvia, however, was really tiny and did not meet with high standard of room as in all the other hotels that you booked for us. It was most certainly not the four star rating that we expected. This is a minor point in the overall scheme of our trip, but one that I feel you should be aware of for future bookings for your clients.rnrnOne of my friends is hoping to visit Japan next year sometime, and I will have no hesitation in recommending both yourself and Novaland Tours, to help with arranging and booking his trip.rnrnThank you once again for arranging our trip around Japan, it has been a wonderful experience.
