Just got back. I enjoyed my trip with Novaland very much! Kim was a delightful tour guide! Besides showing us the sites she was a great person of insight for Busan and Korea in general.I must say everything about dealing with Novaland from start to finish was very professional. I was very impressed how quickly you responded with a trip that I couldn't have planned better myself. Your people came through on time and delivered exactly what you promised and what I wanted. I will be telling anyone going to the Far East about your company. rn rnI was a little hesitant about paying 100% before the tour. I would have preferred a debosit system (say 50%?). But in the end, it all worked out. Thank-you.

Joanna,rnrnYes, our arrangements were great, as was the service our tour guides and driver provided.rnrnHere are some specifics:rnAll hotels were good or great. At the Grand Ambassador in Seoul, the air conditioning did not fully cool our room but the hotel provided us with a fan which helped.rnOur tour guide in Seoul, Young added some sights we had not requested (War Memorial, a hagwan, etc.) which were really good additions. The days were far longer than expected, but the extra effort was worth it.rnSome food suggestions would have helped in Gyeongju as we arrived late and most places were closed. However, we had a McDonald’s across the street :).rnOur other tour guide, Kim, and the driver Mr. Choi were also great and used really good judgement about where to spend time and where to cut things shorter. rnrnThanks for your assistance and should we travel in your territory, we will definitely consider Novaland!

Hi Joanna,rnrnI hope you're doing well. Regarding our trip from Kyoto back to Tokyo on August 12, 2015 (Day 4-Wednesday), we were on coach 14 on the bullet train which departed at 8:00 pm and reached Tokyo station after 2 hours. We got out of the train but the driver was not there to meet us as scheduled. We walked far to the left and then far to the right of the station but there was nobody with Novaland plackard. We even stayed for 40 minutes around the area as my son went to information and tried to call you 4x but no answer. A Japanese nearby even helped us use the phone but still unsuccesful. It was getting late and almost all people on the station were gone, so we decided to just use the subway to get back to Shiba Park hotel. It was an ordeal for us especially we are not familiar with places there. Aside from this incident, all the tour guides/drivers who picked us up were on time and we did not have any problem. rnrnWe arrived safely in San Francisco yesterday. Thank you for assisting us in our travel to Japan and Korea. We enjoyed tremendously all the beautiful places, temples/shrines, shows, food and all historical sites that you scheduled for us. My 2 sons liked especially the DMZ adventure. We will remember all these experiences and memories for the rest of our lives. I stayed in Japan about 12 days ( 6 days in Tokyo & 6 days in Hokkaido, using JR PASS)rnThanks for your inquiry about tour service, I will answer you as below ;rn1) Overall services are good & go smooth, I trust that you are a good consultant. The driver on day tour could speak English language that no problem when mutual communication. For van transportation was comfortablern for 9 tourists. My group members told me that the driver is very nice as well as he did not drive fast, follow traffic rules. He could keep time for all attractions (pick up before 08:00 am. and tour disband about 18:30 pm.)rn2) & 3) There was no suggestions for improvent, tour service look good for me..rnFinally, I will say to thank you for arranging tour without any problems. Hi Joanna,rnrnI wanted to tell you that my entire family thought the tour was fantastic. Our guide, Ms Kim, was a sheer joy. She made this stop the best port on our cruise by far.rnrnWe loved talking to her and we all wished we had more time in Busan for Ms Kim to show us even more things in that intriguing city. In talking to her, it sounded like she only did this part-time, which I thought in some ways was a shame... she is a great ambassador for her city and I would think that her positive, friendly attitude would be a great way to have people want to come back to Busan. Hi Melody,rnrnI’m so sorry it took a while to write back to you, but we were really tired from the jet lag. There’s a 13-hour difference in time between the eastern U. S. and Korea, and when it’s morning there it’s night here.rnrnFirst of all, I can’t tell you what a wonderful time my husband and I had in Busan, and much of it was due to our guide Ms. Kim and driver Mr. Choi. Ms. Kim was extremely knowledgable of the places we visited and made it really interesting with her personal stories. She allowed us to go at our own pace and we felt extremely comfortable with the two of them. The lunches were just right for us - I think it gave us a hint of real Korean food even though it was not spicy-hot.rnrnSince we allowed only two days, I know that we did not get a grand view of Busan, but the places chosen were just right to give us a hint ofrnwhat the area is like.rnrnThank you for arranging the tour. I’m glad I decided to go with a private tour since my husband and I were really tired from the long airplane ride. Please thank Ms. Kim for me and let her know that if we’re ever in Busan again I hope we can find a guide like her.rnrnJean

Our tour guide Annie did an excellent job.rnWe went to the bamboo forest in the afternoon its was amazing.rnrn投诉酒店: I just wanted to let you know that we have arrived safely and enjoying the sounds and sights of Tokyo. rnYou should know however that we are very disappointed with the quality of the Sheba Park Hotel. The room décor is old and musty and poorly located. Frankly it is not a hotel that I would be recommending. It is a big disappointment.

I forwarded your email to my parents so that they could respond to you directly w/ their feedback. Regarding my feedback on the Korean tour, I wrote you w/ some feedback already right after our trip ended at the end of May, but in case you are missing it, here’s what I wrote:rnrnrnHi Tina. Other than the glitch at Hanwha Resort, we have had a very good tour. We said goodbye to our guide and driver tonight. They were very professional and excellent. My parents enjoyed talking with them and Mina (our guide) was very good with our two kids.rnrnSome feedback to you about the resorts:rnThe Hanwha Resort may have said the family room could accommodate 6 people, but I think that would only be true if four of the persons were kids. Having two adult and two kids on the floor really wasn’t practical. At most, one adult and two kids could sleep on the floor… I appreciated that you did the right thing in getting a second room for our party. When we booked the tour, my understanding was that my parents would have their own room separate from ours and we’d have our own beds — the original room reservation did not meet the agreed upon lodging arrangements. Having said that, the room for four people is very nice and I’d recommend it for future guests so long as the group was no more than five people. (I might recommend for future tours choosing an alternative hotel if this situation arises again…) They had a great breakfast.rnrnThe November Hotel was hard to find, but a really excellent establishment. Our favorite lodging of them all. Great decor. We were quite impressed by their amenities and service and it far exceeded our expectations.rnrnThe Andong Park Tourist Hotel is really more of a 2-star hotel and was not as nice as the other hotels. Although serviceable, we recommend you use an alternative hotel in Andong for 4-5 star hotel requests by other travelers.rnrnThe hotels the last two nights (Hotel the DY in Gyeongju, Eldis Regent in Daegu) were also excellent hotels on the same level as the Hanwha Resort. We enjoyed them very much.rnrnOverall, we’ve been quite satisfied by our tour. I think my mother, who was a bit nervous about what to expect, was put at ease by the professionalism and overall quality of the tour.
