Hi Tina,rnThe trip was great and enjoyable. The hotel in Beijing was very nice. However the location was a little bit hard for us to find English menu Resturant. We found one with recommendation from the hotel. The sites in Beijing were wonderful. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was always early. The car was comfortablernrnXi'an, as you know the hotel was not as what we would have like. But the location was fantastic. It was lots of selections for dinner. The tour guide was probably the least friendly and not as personable when compared to the other two. But she was polite. The driver was good and always early. However the car was a bit old and not as comfortable in the back. The sites in Xi'an was very interesting. rnrnShanghai was wonderful. You did a great job with the hotel. The location was great. It was very convenient for two nights we stayed. We could walk everywhere. The tour guide was the best. She was wonderful, very friendly and personable. Only one day we spent with her but she made us feels so comfortable. She was helpful and very bubbly. rnrnOverall the trip was very nice. Thank you for your help and prompt respond to our request during the trip. rnrnSara and Diluks

Thank you for give to me and my husband a good gide in Busan.rnMrs. Ki Ock Jung is a fantastic gide, she is polite, very good gide, work hard with eficience and she is a very very good person.rnWe are going to miss her and Busan.rnLindalva Miranda from Brasil.rnrnFirst I want to tell you that your country is wonderful and nice. The city is clean. The people are educated and young people are delicate and even try to help tourists. The people in Korea are very pleasant.rn rnThe service we had on trip was great. The tourists guides were very good on their service, specially the one from Busan city! In Seoul, Mr.Lee, Soo Bok, was also a good one! The Busan guide, Mrs Ki Ock Jung, was the best...rn rnTalking about the hotels, the chosen hotels were very pleasant! But please note that apart from the hotel workers in Busan that at least one person could patiently speak english.rnIn Jeju there was nobody who could. We had a hard time in that hotel even to ask for a soup!!!!!! And I could not takes the soup!...rnExplain: When we came back from tour, the restaurant from hotel was already closed. Because of that I had dinner, two days, French fries with soda, outside hotel. Or we eat potatoes,or would have to eat very spicy Korean food *:)) gargalhadas*:)) gargalhadas*:)) gargalhadasrnSometimes the guide wrote for me, in Korean language, what I wanted to eat, but not so the manager and 3 others from the hotel, trying to help the manager, does not understand anything at all. Was a shame what happened. I chose good hotel!rn rnTransport was good. The last day in Korea, going to the airport, was the best. In Brazil when we do well every day and the last day we do the best, we say " closed with golden key ". And you did it.rn rnFor you to be better and Strong I suggest a schedule that arrive early at the hotel, for the night to go watch a show of korean dances, things korean folklore etc. I like that a lot and not watched. It was a pity!rnOf course, this is my opinion, because I think in a show beyond to watch beautiful things of the Country also in the chilled out and played and laughed with people that make tour with us for several days. It's good to make interaction with people from other Countries.rn rnThank you for the discount on the next trip. In Asia lack only know Vietnam, Laos and Nepal. The Nepal we can not go this time because of the earthquake .rn rnI hope my words will help with what you are looking for in matters of improvment of your servisse.

The replacement site to DMZ, the kimchi making was fun. I would really recommend Ms Kim in Busan. She is very knowledge local guide, I learned a lot.rnrnThank you very much for arranging this tour for me.

Yes, we are back now at home. We fell sick but it was just normal flu which I got from Indonesia.rnrnWe had a good time. The place we visited are good. The tour guides are very accomodating.rnrnThe only thing is we probably arrange little too busy schedules. If we havent been somewhere else before Korea that would have been fine though.rnrnSo in all, everything is good and we enjoy the holiday.

Hello Lillian, rnrnEverything was good, our tour guide in Tokyo was excellent and was able to cater to all our needs. However, the hotel in Kyoto was not that good and needs a lot of improvement. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip and would recommend nova land tours to family and friends. rnrnThank you rnrnrnBest wishes,

Hi. We did have a very good tour but we also had some issues.rn rnFirst, on the day in Tokyo when we had to get a bus a few blocks from our hotel, and carry all of our luggage, that was very inconvenient. We ended up getting two cabs because one wouldn't have been enough. BUt I do think that you could have provided transportation because carrying luggage is not easy. By the same token, when we were dropped off at the train station after the Mt Fuji tour, it was quite a walk to our hotel, again with luggage, and again we had to get a cab halfway when we realized how long the walk would be. I am used to door to door service on tours and not have to scramble to either find the bus in the morning or from a bus to our hotel after a tour. That may be okay if you are backpacking and have just one bag to carry but it's not okay when you are on a three week vacation and have two bags apiece. So the inconvenience of the arrangements at times was notable.rn rnAs to the tours, we liked all of them except the particular tour guide at Hiroshima seemed to have her own agenda as far as moving us along during the tour. It was the 70th anniversary and we wanted to take some time and enjoy the atmosphere but she was always trying to get us moving and not allowing us to stop and look at things. Moreover, when we first arrived at the ceremony, she was at a loss to know where to go, as if she'd never been there, and consequently we weren't able to get positions close to the side fence where we could see, despite having arrived in sufficient time. We spent ten or fifteen minutes wandering around trying to figure out where to go. So we were not happy with her tour guiding. rn rnBut the hotels were all good. And the particular tours were good. Unfortunately, the weather was bad for Fuji so that was a wasted day but that's not anyone's fault.rn rnSo those are my thoughts.rn rnpatrice

Hello Lillian,rnThank you for reaching out to me. I was going to send you an email, just trying to get over the jet lag. I’m back at work and things are good.rn rnFirstly I really want to thank you for your patience on arranging our tour and your suggestions and tips. Really appreciate it. I have nothing but good things to say in dealing with you.rn rnWhen it came to the bus tour. The tour guide Paul, wasn’t really a good fit. We didn’t find that his English was good enough, so that when he had to translate something it took him quite a while and we lost interest in what he was talking about. Actually his Korean wasn’t very good either.rn rnHe made it known right at the start that he was a Christian (which is fine), but the majority of the bus aren’t religious. When he found out that my sister in law is a United Church Minister, he then continued to talk about religion. Yes some of the info was pertinent as we were going to a Buddhist Temple.rn rnAt the end of the tour, he was talking about things we already knew, like our baggage weight restrictions on our checked bags, our carryon baggage and departure time allowance. We all arrived to Seoul fine and had already been aware of the baggage and time allowances.rn rnHe told my daughter in law (since she spoke Korean) that we all needed to tip him 10,000 won each. We did reluctantly. I knew that the tip for the guide and driver weren’t included, but I didn’t expect to be told what we had to tip. We would have tipped him but certainly not $170.00. We didn’t think he was worth it. I also then thought that maybe this is for partly the driver, but found out from him that he wasn’t going to share. So this didn’t sit well with us.rn rnWhen we first reached Gwanjiu, the bus took us to a Folk Museum centre and it was closed on Mondays. I looked at our schedule and it wasn’t even listed? Maybe he had extra time. It was our first stop, so it didn’t sit well that the first place we go to is closed. He did try and get us to pay 10,000 won each for admittance to a art gallery which was next door. We declined. Lunch he suggested a place which was a bit pricey for everyone, but my husband and I had already discussed paying for a meal for everyone to thank them in coming to Korea to attend our son’s wedding. So it worked out and everyone enjoyed the authentic Korean dining experience.rn rnThe Ramada Inn in Gwanju was really nice and very welcome to everyone. We’re not used to the hard beds that the typical Korean sleep on, so having a hotel with more comfortable beds for the one night was great. Having the breakfast included was very nice as well and made for the early morning easier.rn rnThe tea plantation was amazing and so beautiful, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Actually everything that we had planned was enjoyed, again we just didn’t think that Paul was a good fit for us.rn rnThe Japan portion of our trip worked out well. Arrived in Osaka and got our rail pass, made it to Hiroshima and then back to Osaka. This is where it got bad. We couldn’t find the hotel and then Tony went into a hotel and they directed us to a hotel, too far away and it was wrong. We then got back to the right area, we just didn’t know which way to turn. A young man came and walked us to the hotel, which turned out well as by that time the street life, wasn’t good. Ladies of the evening and their pimps were around. I don’t know if I’d recommend the hotel in Osaka, just given the area. It was only one night for us, so fine.rn rnThe tour guide and driver picked us up promptly at the hotel and the days tour was great. He was fun and knew a lot since he lives in the area. The day ended with them dropping us off at the train station onto Nagoya.rnHad a great day there and went to the Noritake Museum/outlet and then the Toyota Science Museum. Both were great and the hotel in Nagoya was good.rn rnWe went on to Tokyo and the hotel that your arranged for us was very nice. It worked out well for us with access to the subway close.rnThank you again for all of your assistance. rnDebbie McCallum

Sara we are backfrom our Japan trip.

I have come back with many sweet memories of Japan30years back.

Your all arrangements were absolutely upto themark except Tokyo guide and Tokyo transporter.

Tokyo guide mr Tanaka was a s a person very nicebut dod not prove to be good guide.

Selection of Tokyo indian restaurant at such a farplace which was a take away place only made things worse. we had to omitcertain itinerary because of that and I know very well about regulationsover there but the transporter ran away with all belongings including ourmedicines and passport. Our guide should have at least collected those valuablesfrom bus.

All other arrangements were fantastic without anyany hussels.

I must compliments you for your efforts andpatience and thank you very much for the same.
Your arranged osaka transporter mr Um and Beppuguide Ms. Kiyota were beyond expactation. They both were caring.

Hope to contact you for some next trip soon.
