Hi Joanna (my father is also CC'd to the email), I apologize for getting back to you so late, but getting back from vacations is always hard :-) Firstly, I want to thank you for a wonderfully organized vacation. We did not encounter any major issues during our time in Korea, and the tours organized by you were orchestrated perfectly. Now, for more specifics on yours tours: 1. Jeju tour - as we already mentioned in a previous email, our guide (Yong, I think) did an outstanding job during our two days together. She was extremely nice, had perfect English and knew exactly how to modify our trip to make it as enjoyable as possible to us. We highly recommend her and were 110% happy with the service. 2. Seoul guide (DMZ tour and Seorak) - never in our lives have we encountered such a kind and helpful guide. He took care of ANY small detail or task during our time together, from driving, to tickets, food etc. We highly recommend him as well. Our guide and driver for the rest of the time (Busan etc until making it to Seoul) were also great, and we had no issues whatsoever. To sum up: we would highly recommend your service for anyone considering trips to Asia from Israel, and we had a wonderful time. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any additional questions. Just got back. I enjoyed my trip with Novaland very much! Kim was a delightful tour guide! Besides showing us the sites she was a great person of insight for Busan and Korea in general.I must say everything about dealing with Novaland from start to finish was very professional. I was very impressed how quickly you responded with a trip that I couldn't have planned better myself. Your people came through on time and delivered exactly what you promised and what I wanted. I will be telling anyone going to the Far East about your company. I was a little hesitant about paying 100% before the tour. I would have preferred a debosit system (say 50%?). But in the end, it all worked out. Thank-you.

Joanna, Yes, our arrangements were great, as was the service our tour guides and driver provided. Here are some specifics: All hotels were good or great. At the Grand Ambassador in Seoul, the air conditioning did not fully cool our room but the hotel provided us with a fan which helped. Our tour guide in Seoul, Young added some sights we had not requested (War Memorial, a hagwan, etc.) which were really good additions. The days were far longer than expected, but the extra effort was worth it. Some food suggestions would have helped in Gyeongju as we arrived late and most places were closed. However, we had a McDonald’s across the street :). Our other tour guide, Kim, and the driver Mr. Choi were also great and used really good judgement about where to spend time and where to cut things shorter. Thanks for your assistance and should we travel in your territory, we will definitely consider Novaland!

Hi Cindy, I just got back yesterday night. The tour is great, but I think next time I would prefer to join english tour instead of japanese tour. Mr. Hosono 's english is quite good, we could understand all he said. The food he recommended us for lunch also quite delicious. Have a nice weekend, Nadia
