Hi EmmarnrnSo sorry for the late reply, I was thinking that I have an email from you which I have not replied, and to further confirmed I checked my email and found that it is true.rnrnOverall it was a very enjoyable trip, and I do like Mr. Lee The driver/tour manager who drove us around. He's a very patient man and there's really nothing to not like him. Although there's a minor hiccup but overall it was a good trip, what we like the most was that since this was a private tour, we manage to go the places and restaurant that is not packed with tourist but rather enjoy meal that the local go to. We've been to Korea before and based on my previous trip food was a turn off but this trip the food was part of the highlight that we enjoyedrnrnIn terms of improvement, I think its good enough but would be better if we have known certain things before hand, such as skiing for my son, although our package include rental for of cloths for my son, but he did not manage to do it because he was too young, just the cloths to keep him warm, but i also understand that it was Mr. Lee first time organizing a skiing trip hence its understandable.rnrnI think in view of the good experience that we have, i will not hesitate to contact you further should i want to travel within Asia next time... rnrnOnce again Thank you for the wonderful triprnrnRegards,rnSue NLT-141212-EK53269

Dear Emma, rnrnThe trip went perfectly well as planned - pick ups from the airports and subway station, tour guides and the food recommended. These would not be possible without Daniel (Seoul) and Kim (Busan). They are an asset of your company. Kudos to them! Daniel is utterly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and goes extra mile to assist me as his working hours had ended hours ago. As for Kim, she has a great sense of humour and passionate towards her job. Even though, my parents are Chinese-speaking, to my surprise, she engaged my parents to the conversations and activities. Both, Daniel and Kim have awesome service attitude. When I raised a request, they would try their best to fulfil. Nevertheless, many thanks to the drivers - Elvis, Mr Jacky! The rides were smooth and they handled our luggage gently. I hope you would be able to relay my sincere appreciation to them.rnrnThe down side of the trip is the Yeha tour in Jeju (2-day tour). First day of the trip was pretty organized between the English and Chinese speaking tour guide as they sat us separately according to our language preference. However, the second day of the tour, I was astonished that, these two tour guides - English and Chinese speaking, just kept us loose - not forming us into two groups. They are not proactive in providing the information of the culture in Jeju and the sightseeing places. They just merely bring us from point A to point B, informed us the time to return back to the bus and thereafter, both the tour guides sat in the bus to read their books. I don't need them as my tour guides as the driver is sufficient. Frankly speaking, it is not worth to pay such an amount to Yeha Tour and would not recommend this tour company.rnrnI would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to you for catering my needs. rnrnYours sincerely, rnRu NLT-141219-CK38720

Hi Cindy,rnWe were very satisfied with the tour and the tour itinerary you gave us. John was very patient especially since we had plenty of children with us and he had to make sure everybody was together as a group. rnMeals were very good too but could have been more diverse. rnOverall we have nothing to complain about. Everything went well and thank you to Novaland for making our dream vacation a reality! rnThank you Cindy, thank you to John and to our driver for keeping us safe! rnrnHappy New year, rnrnTina NLT-141219-MK38584

The tour is great. We really enjoy it. rnThe tour guides, Mr David and Mrs Kim is great. rnHowever, my cousin would like to complaint the last tour guide miss Susan, who lead us to the airport didn't serve us well. We suffered losses on the tax refund especially my cousin who bought a lot of cosmetics due to wrong information from the tour guide. Her attitude is not friendly too. rnThe others was good and I will recommend friends and relatives to your company but please no miss Susan. NLT-141221-TK53710

Hi Tina, rnrnThanks for this note. Sorry for the late reply. We only returned from Jeju Dec 28, and was busy with other things unable to reply your email until now.rnrnWe would like to put on record our sincere appreciation and thanks to your company, for an excellent service from our guide, Helen Kim and the three drivers who picked us up. They were friendly, helpful and most important, flexible as requested.rnrnMs Kim was particularly helpful and good in making adjustments when we needed it, especially since we had an elderly person with us. We are satisfied with the level of service and assistance given to us, and will be happy to recommend to our friends if they plan to visit Korea or any of the countries Novaland operate it.rnrnThank you and best regards NLT-141222-TK51520

Hi Lilian, rnrnI received it.. thank you.rnrnFrom a feedback perspective:rn1. I wasn't sure why we had different tour guides within each city. It would have helped if they were the same. On the first day of the tour, the person wasn't really ideal as a guide as the tour guide barely shared the city knowledge as compared to the 2nd tour guide. We reduced some of the visits on the first day as we didn't have enough time but things like Gion area would have been a better suggestion than the tea ceremony. The palace too was closed and it would have been great to know that earlier and then re-route to a different day instead.rnrnIn Tokyo, the guides were able to adapt to what we want and it would have been helpful to know the following:rnchecks to the imperial palace entrance cold have been vetted prior so that we don't have to miss itrnnot knowing that mt Fuji was probably not a feasible option as we could not go up, we re-routed to the city so we didn't go there. My son and I also had a cold so not sure if the costs weren't offsetted with something else.rnon the day of departure, my sister commented that the driver sending them in the morning drove way to fast and he was fairly sleepy.rnrnrnrnHope this helps.. Dear Lilian, rnrnHappy New Year !rnrnThank you for helping us to arrange this family trip. We have spent an amazing time together as a family since this is the first time everyone is present from my family and gives us a lasting memory for the rest of our lives. Such time together is rare and precious for all of us. All of us just LOVE to visit Japan.rnrnGenerally the tour is excellent, I like the size of the Bus with its good leg space. The tour guide is generally helpful, but the 1st tourguide we had, forgot his name since i dont communicate with him directly, the one that guided us in osaka needs to improve on his showmanship. As he did not explain anything about the city, and read everything from the paper and remained quiet for most of the time. Frankly we were very disappointed with him but fortunately the second tourguide ,the lady is excellent, as she prepared well to explain to us in details with her story about japan and the city we visited. The other tourguides are acceptable though not excellent.rnrnActually i compared with tourguides in China, experienced quite a number of Chinese tourguides, Japanese tourguides lack something, perhaps the way they communicate, correct me if i am wrong,I still prefer Chinese tourguides in China.. Compliments to your counterparts in China.rnrnThe driver who started with us is excellent as he tried to accommodate to our different needs.rnrnFood wise is generally good, we love japanese food, except the portion is quite small so the juniors are still feeling hungry after lunch..rnrnOverall we are satisfied with your service, maybe my brother and sisters could give other feedback.rnrnThanks for your everything, we will contact you in future should we need your service in other great destinations, rnrnAll the best for 2015rnrnWarmest Regards, rnrnFrancesca NLT-141225-CK36670

Hi Cindy, rnrnHappy New Year, hope everything is well with you.rnrnI am just settling down back to study now, so I will give the feedback:rnMy parents and I are overall very satisfied with the service throughout our tour. Especially with our tour guide Helen and the driver Mr Choi in Busan. They were super helpful, fun and friendly, we would love to have them again when we visit Busan again next time. The Sunbee hotel was great, we love it. It was spacious and comfortable, the people there were also super friendly and accommodating to our requests. rnrnNevertheless, the hotel in Busan is pretty bad. It was really small, even for 2 people in a room, the bed was not that comfortable as well. The only good thing was it was clean and good location (located near to local restaurants and market). rnrnThe only thing was we went to a bit of panic during our KTX ride from Seoul to Busan. We only got our ticket in photos, from the tour guide in Seoul (Yoomi) who contacted the office regarding the ticket. When we reached Seoul station and asked if it was OK to get on the train with the captured ticket images, they said no which caused us to panic. The information staffs in Seoul station was totally unhelpful with saying no can do to us. So we went to the ticketing, luckily one of the ticketing sales lady was really kind and contacted Mr Jacky regarding our tickets and re-printed them for us. So, if it can be arranged for us before the KTX trip, that would be great. rnrnI think that's the only thing to improve, other than that it was really satisfactory. rnrnI will give a review in tripadvisor for you as well when I have time, so please bear with me, I am really slow in updating this kind of thing. ^^; rnrnWe are planning to have a trip to Japan next, though we are still not sure when to go. If you can recommend us a perfect time, maybe during autumn time (October?). We are interested to visit Kyoto and Kyushu. rnrnThank you very much Cindy for arranging this tour. You have been excellent and very helpful throughout =)rnrnHave a nice dayrnrnRegards,rnMetta
