Dear Lillian: After Korea we were on a river cruise in Myanmar with very poor internet connection. We arrived back in Calgary from Bangkok last night. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed Seoul and that the services provided by Novaland were excellent. We are both old travelers and have been all over the world so we rarely find such good service. hi Lillian, After three weeks of travels, we are back home safely. Thank you for taking care of our Korea Tour. We were given first class attention from the time we arrived at Incheon Airport. The drivers and tour guides are very professional...always willing to help in any way. The hotels you picked for us were perfectly situated. We were able to explore on our own after our daily tours. We enjoyed all of the tours but we particularly enjoyed our Jeju Tour. We only had one confusion at the Busan train station - we didn't know that the driver will meet us as we get out of the train. We looked for him at the station exits (there were three). We eventually found him and all is well. Overall, you did an excellent job putting together our travel schedule. My tour guide was Elvis (on the first day trip) and Charlie (on the 2nd and 3rd day trip). They both were great, very accommodating and tried their best to let us know the fact and figures of the area where we visited. Elvis contacted me the night prior to the day trip to the ski resort. That was most welcome to receive the affirmation from the tour guide himself. Charlie did in fact suggested for me to combine the day 2 and 4 itinerary to be fit in one day so that I could do other tour or have the day 4 for myself- which was great – I was able to do my own excursion at the Itaewon area – where I visited the Seoul Mosque and found many HALAL restaurant, even the HALAL Korean restaurant! I guess, the local temperature was a tad too cold for me. I suffered from dried and itchy skin due to the cold temperature. As Charlie suggested that the best time to visit Seoul is in Sept-Oct….maybe next time!

Just reached Fukuoka hotel. Everything went perfectly fine. Your guidance worked at every stage.

When I reached Narita Tokyo. Yuri welcomed us at airport. Our name card was displayed. She stayed with us till the last when we boarded the bus. Helped us in getting the JR Pass and currency change plus getting the shuttle. All went very fine. I am so happy. Thanks so much.
