Happy New Year to you and your family. I was happy to receive your email because I wanted to thank you again for everything you did to make my family trip to Japan so wonderful. You were absolutely fantastic! Novaland Tours is very lucky to have you as an employee.
When I started to plan this trip, I did not know where to begin. You made the process so easy. You were able to take the information I gave you on my interests of sight-seeing, food, culture, and family dynamics of a 93yr old man with a wheelchair to a one-year-old child and make the PERFECT plan for us. My entire family was so pleased with everything. The transportation, guides, accommodations, food, and sights of Japan exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly.
I personally appreciated your prompt responses to my questions and patience when making changes and additions to the tour plans. Your attention to detail is exceptional. You noticed that my Son was flying into the wrong airport into Japan to meet us. By you noticing this mistake, he was able to change all his flights to the right airport and meet us. Again, thank you for your knowledge and professionalism to help me make this trip the wonderful. I will always remember this beautiful trip and the time I had with my father, sisters, and family.

My apologies for the late reply.
Have been very busy since I got back.
I've given my responses to the survey. Between the 2 guides I think Brian who brought us to Nami Island was a better guide although he with us a shorter time.
Overall we're happy with the South Korea Autumn tour, the fall foliage colours were splendid, did not disappoint. Our favourite was Nami Island followed by Naejangsan National Park & Temple and Metaseqouia Road. As mentioned to you previously, more time should be given for the Nami tour in view of the vast area to cover. We didn't really cover the area near the sea but managed to quickly cover most of the tall tree areas where the colour leaves are.
During the last 2 free and easy days, we mainly went shopping and get the taste of the lovely street food. Really nice.

Mike and, I have been back over a week now, I want to thank you for your service you help make this a trip of a life time. Working with you was easy and, fun planning my Birthday Trip memories for a lifetime. I would highly recommend your company. Yuki our guide/driver exceed are expectation it had to be the hottest day of the year he had bottle water, towels for us when we got in the car. Great easy to talk to and love that every stop he was so knowable we learn so much about the culture and practices. And when the Ninja Village was close he took us Odawara Castle which we really enjoy took some great pictures there.Yuki knew the places to have lunch Mike loved the lunch all I heard was mm mm lol. When we got to the train he went in the station with us made sure we got on the right train and even purchase snacks for us then give us a note in Japanese to give to the taxi driver to make sure we got to the hotel it was late and he know we had a full day and was tried. I can't express how much it meant to us oh and he gave me a birthday gift a stamp book so while in Japan I was able to collect stamps Mike got one for himself so the last day we want to the different Temple to get stamps. Thank Thank You. Are time on Kyoto was good also we made it to every stop and had a enjoyable time guild/driver was very knowable also and made sure are needs was meet.
I pray we be back but when we're planning another trip I will contract you and we having video screening I'm putting the picture on a disk with music I think I got over 400 picture and II'm going to make sure your Company is mention through out. 100 stars Out Standing Service.

Thank you for arranging our tour with Yuki today. We had a most enjoyable time with him. Yuki is so personable and friendly. He was a great guide for us today, providing good information related to the places we visited. We enjoyed all of the places. He is a very good driver. We decided to skip the Ramen Museum as we just wanted to get to the airport. Luckily, we were able to check in early for the flight, so everything worked out.
Please tell Yuki we really enjoyed our time with him. And also tell him thank you for the lovely gift of chopsticks. We were very surprised to receive the gift but we appreciate his thoughtfulness.
Thank you again for arranging our tour. We enjoyed our visit to Japan. The people are so friendly and helpful, and every place we visited was so clean.

Tokyo river cruise was disappointing. We would have skipped if we knew what it was like. We were disappointed we couldn’t see the Imperial palace grounds. But fish mkt was amazing.
