Overall Score of the Whole Package | 4 | We were very pleased with how Kate, our travel planner from Novaland, helped us plan the trip. She was available anytime we wanted to talk. She gave good suggestions on the tour and also helped us when we needed to make a change while on the tour.
The tour guides were very knowledgeable. The tour guide in Luxor was really good, one I would recommend.
In Cairo, we had a tour lead and a tour guide. The tour lead was very helpful, and he helped us with airport pick up, drop off, visa, immigration, etc. The tour guide was also good, but not as good as the one in Luxor.
We will book tours through Novaland Tours and recommend to our friends and family.

All tours taken were great especially we saw Mt. Fuji definitely timing is everything. We love Hiroko for both of our tours and Yoshi! The group tours was also good except the rain which is something can't be control. Our onsen experience was awesome, lots of food for both dinner and breakfast.
