I’m back home in the States now and just wanted to thank you for the customized trip of Israel and Jordan. I’ll tell you something, Laith with Sky Road Logistics that was my driver and chaperone was one of the BEST people I’ve ever met in my numerous travels around the world. I highly recommend you use him and his company as much as possible.
I’m planning a trip in the Spring to a few countries in Western Europe, but my plan in the Fall is to visit China for a few days (assuming I’m able to with Covid) and then stop in Seoul for a couple days on my way to Japan where I’d like to spend the majority of my trip. I see that you specialize in Korea and Japan. If you have any marketing or info you could send me for my files so that after my spring trip when I start to plan for the Fall, I have some resources to decide what I’d like to see through your company…..I’d me most appreciative. My plan was to do this trip in Fall of 2020, but obviously Covid didn’t allow that.

I can't say enough good things about Whitney. She always responded to us right away with extremely detailed answers. She also checked in with us during the trip to make sure we were happy and continues to communicate with us - sending us pictures that our guides took of us during our tours.

Novaland was the right choice from the minute we started planning. Starting with the planning with Kate and meeting the best duo Amin & Ahmed in Egypt for a group of eleven. This trip was customized to our needs and flexible on excursion changes and other add on without any hassles. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to discover Egypt based on your interest and not be subjected to a large bus with a stringent schedule. We got to see exactly what we wanted and have downtime with family and friends every day. We realized that some of the things we wanted to do with the time we had may have been over-ambitious, so we were able to change a few items once we got there. Both Amen and Ahmed spoke very good English and were professional and fun. Another plus was that we had cold water, Wi-Fi and a great driver for our trip. Kate checked on us regularly to see if the planned vacation was going well and if she can help with anything else.
It was a wonderful 10 days spent traveling to Egypt. Thanks for this remarkable and memorable experience you helped us to get. Our family is extremely happy and I am happy especially with your patience and making all the changes I requested for. Infact we want to use Novoland go forward for our vacations. Thanks again.
