We booked a 5 day trip, starting in Gwangju and finishing in Incheon. Our travel consultant, Lynee was very helpful and responsive, with plenty of communication to make sure that everything met our needs.
We were picked up by our lovely Tour Guide, Young, who was very helpful and flexible, changing things around according to how we were feeling. We were a diverse group of friends aged 62 to 87, so it was quite a challenge to keep us all happy!
The stay in the Hanok Village in Jeonju was a particular highlight.

Novaland was fantastic in helping us arrange our large family vacation to Korea. Lynee, our travel agent, arranged a 2 week trip for a family of 8 with ages ranging from 4 yrs old to 77 years old through 5 cities. We all had varying needs, and we also wanted some time to see our family who still live in Korea. I wanted the kids to experience sleeping on the floor in a Hanok village, but also wanted to see the natural beauty and the technical and urban advancement of Korea. We stayed in Seoul, Jeonju, Juju Island, Busan and Gyong-ju. We had a private tour the entire 2 weeks with very comfortable vans, experienced drivers and English speaking tour guides. The accommodations were well arranged. We opted for the 5 star hotels in most cities as they had the pools and gyms for those who wanted them. Reviews of the hotels will be provided for each hotel. But I must say, Lynee was exceptional in helping us arrange everything based on all our wishes. She was fast in her responses, and provided feedback on our needs. The guides in all the cities were wonderful. David in Seoul has become our family friend. He was so kind and generous with the kids and my mother. He made sure we had everything we needed and also took care of my mom after the tour when she stayed in Seoul to see family. In Jeju, Dami is a lovely lady who also made sure we were taken care of and very accommodating to our changes in our itinerary. In Busan, Jade was the techno loving, history buff who was very well versed in Korean history. Now that we have had the chance to see many parts of Korea, we definitely will go back with Novaland and Lynee.
