I am satisfied very much . You did a great job and I appreciate you for coordinating everything to include the pocket WiFi which my daughters enjoyed having it with them all the time . You know how teenagers are . The daily trips are great , exhausting sometimes because the trip to Nikko was long and coming back to the hotel is another trip , which could have been better if we were dropped off to the hotel . Hotel is good especially with the daily breakfast included . That is a plus ,we didn’t have to look around for food before heading out for our trip . I will highly recommend you and your company to others .

Thanks Cindy, we had a great trip. Horse ride was a bit of a laugh, we had expected more of a guided trek in a park or similar, but a very little kid experience, sitting on a horse and not even holding the reins...but no big deal, the rest was great, especially the sea women and cave.

The eastern coast road trip was excellent! The quaint villages,

unusual rock formations, seafood, beaches and overall scenery (lots of cherry blossoms) were quite spectacular and memorable!

Dear Cindy,

I am just back from the trip and quickly thought I should report back to you.

My tour was excellent and Michelle the guide was great to work with. Whilst under time pressure with the ships departure at 4 PM we managed to do everything I had planned.

Adriana was also happy with her day in Busan.

I would always suggest to visit the temple by the sea first to beat the crowd. It also means that Gamcheon is open and in full swing. The visit to the War Cemetary is a must for our travellers. A real highlight which we managed to squeeze in.

Michelle booked a restaurant which was on the bottom of the hill requiring many steps down from Busan Tower. Not Ideal as we are dealing with mature travellers that just can't handle all the steps, especially after already walking more than 100 at the temple.

The restaurant would not have been my choice, although travellers seemed to enjoy it. The entrance and stair where less than appealing and dirty.

In future I would much prefer the restaurant we went to on the last trip. Its upstairs in a shopping mall. very clean, lots of food choices offering a buffet.

Sorry I don't remember the name.

Michelle was fun spoiling us with all sorts of sweet treats. Knowledgeable and very organised and obliging with our requests and needs.

Traveling with elderly wasn’t easy however Novaland thoughtfulness made it possible for us, sincerely thanks to the effort and helpful tour guide with no language barrier during the trip.

Lovely tour. But not the best weather. Low clouds covered Mt Fuji and cold and windy in Hakone. Yuko, our guide, was great.

Awesome trip thanks to Novaland (and Caroline)

Just got back from an amazing 4 week trip to Japan where we had a fantastic time and (almost) everything went like clockwork.

Caroline was so helpful to us in the planning of the trip, responding quickly to all our countless questions, presenting options and responding quickly to all our requests.

We had a mixture of coach tours, tour guides and independant touring with Novaland handling all the hotels and providing us with accurate and easy to follow instructions.

The one time when things went slightly wrong, Novaland were instantly available and resolved the issue.

As UK travellers we were of course very nervous about arrangements with a non UK (and non ABTA) tour company particularly when it came to wiring large sums of money, bur we are so glad we proceeded.

We finished up with a perfect trip at a much lower cost and with much more local input than if we had gone with a UK based company.

We would have absolutely no hestation in recommending Novaland and will definately use their services again.

We wanted to let you know that our guide, Toru, was FANTASTIC! He took us from Aomori to Hirosaki Castle & Park. He was knowledgeable, well prepared & a joy to be with! We would rank him tied for #1 in all the guides we have had in our many journeys. Please thank him for us again. He was truly amazing!

And both Jin & Sunny were amazing tour guides! Sunny lived up to her name & was so enthusiastic & is a FANTASTIC guide!

Good Japan tour with Novaland with excellent help from travel consultant Melody Fan

We(three senior citizen Indian couples)had a good tour of Japan in the cherry blossom season in April 2019 with Novaland.we toured Tokyo,Mt Fuji,Hakone ,Kyoto,Hiroshima and Osaka for 10 nights and eleven days.
Travel consultant Melody fan was an excellent help in planning our first ever tour of Japan.The itinerary was well laid out,the hotels were excellent and the transport arrangements(cars,trains etc)were meticulous.We did not have to follow up at all and cars guides and drivers were extremely punctual. The local guides were very enthusiastic( though they need to spruce up a little bit on spoken English ).We had some glitches on food especially vegan food(Indian diets are difficult to cater in Japan).The guides eventually managed to find an acceptable solution every time!

Melody was a great help and available 24/7 on telephone to answer and resolve the few questions we had.

The wireless device that was provided free of cost to us was a great help and the flash design of pictures done by Novaland was also nice.

All in all ,a good trip Novaland and Melody fan.

Travel Consultant		5	Prompt in all our dealings. 2 tiny points, when mentioning the meeting of our train, we assumed the station entrance, not on the platform. Returning the wifi equipment the instructions said Terminal 1 when we were flying from Terminal 2. Luckily someone told us there was a return desk in Terminal 2.
Tour Guides	Command of English		All 3 guides were excellent, About 8/10 for their English
	Knowledge of Subjects		When they didn't know they came back with an answer the next day.
	Ability of Explain		Good
	Attitude		Very positive, went the extra yard.
	Flexibility		Very good, acknowledged all our requests to deviate from the schedule.
Drivers and Cars			The guides were good, safe drivers and our driver to and from the airport was good.
Hotels	Location		Seoul was well placed but the sauna/spa was ONLY for men. Very disappointing. Bhusan was on the beach so excellent. Jeju was located in the red light district so not so good.
Hotels	Comfort		All were very comfortable
Sights or Activities	Worthiness of Visit		Each place had numerous notable places to visit.
	Meet Your Interests?		Yes
	Too Tight or Too Loose?		Each guide catered to our wishes, but as the days passed we asked for 10.00am starts and earlier finishes. We should have planned for a day off in the middle.Too much for us at our age.
Meals			The Korean lunches were spectacular but for us too much food.
Public Transportation (train, flight, cruise, etc.)			Train and flights were good.
