We enjoyed our brief stay in Luxor and if we visited again, would opt to spend 1 day in Aswan and 2 days in Luxor.

I received itineraries from four different agencies for our planned trip to Israel and Jordan. The itinerary from Whitney at Novaland stood out from all the others. It was as if she and I were old friends and she knew just what my husband and I were looking for in a once in a lifetime trip! Whitney responded to emails very quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We could not have been more pleased. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. Whitney made sure we received our deposit back promptly and without any problems. When we are ready to reschedule, it will definitely be with Whitney and Novaland.

Amina did an excellent job getting everything put together for us. This was a whirlwind visit to Jordan because we had another tour forthcoming in Egypt. Novaland (Amina) made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Knowledgeable tour guide and a very attentive driver. All of us on the trip were very pleased at how well things went. Thank you Novaland (Amina)!
Thank you again for your awesome coordination of my dream vacation! From the scheduling of each site to safe travels to and from each site, the trip was perfect. The guide you selected, Mohamed Amen, was superb and provided excellent insight into each site we visited! I really appreciated having him on the entire trip! It really helped to make the trip extra special!
Kudos also to our primary driver Husein Younis! He transported us to the majority of sites and was a great compliment to Mohamed!
Also a thank you to our airport coordinator who expedited each airport arrival and departure!
All in all, it was a fantastic trip! Thank you again for providing such a dedicated group to support me on my trip!

I want to personally thank you for all the work you put into making our Egypt trip possible. You went above & beyond and on such short notice too. Everything we asked for delivered. Everything went so smooth. We are indebted to you. Without you our trip would not have been the same. We love you!! Lol.
I also can't say enough about how wonderful Pink Flower Travel was. I want to acknowledge what an asset our Tour Representative, Mr. Ahmed Said, is. He MADE our trip. It was the big things & the small things about him. I wore sandals when we toured the Giza pyramids (not smart). Tiny pebbles were tearing my feet apart. Mr. Said, without my knowledge, went and bought me a pair of shoes. That is the caliber of man he is. He pointed out so many things as we drove through Cairo. He would tell us what he & our amazing driver (I'm ashamed to say I can't recall his name) were discussing if they were speaking Arabic (our driver didn't speak English). He was awesome. Our driver was young & super sweet. He held out his hand for me every time I exited the vehicle. He was all smiles.
We did not like our tour guide & driver in Luxor. There was no real communication with our guide, Mr. Ahmed El Aboudy. He & the driver spoke to each other pretty much the entire time we were in the vehicle with them. I had to ask what the beautiful buildings we were passing were. The driver never smiled or held out his hand for me. Mr. Aboudy was extremely knowledgeable, but he was just there to do his job and go home.
On the other hand our tour guide in Cairo, Mr. Amin, was awesome. We loved him! He was everything you could ask for & more. They spoiled us bc it was night & day between our guide & driver in Cairo vs. Luxor. We were really excited to see Mr. Said & our driver when we got back! They just make you want to smile.
Our experience in Luxor was still great. It's hard not to enjoy the beauty of Luxor- tour guide / driver or not. I still give our experience 100%. Egypt has always been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. Your company along with Pink Flower made my dream trip as perfect as it could be.
I will recommend Novaland to all of our friends & you in particular. You have a customer for life! Our next destination is Turkey & Croatia. I will 100% be reaching out to you when the time comes!
