Good Japan tour with Novaland with excellent help from travel consultant Melody Fan

We(three senior citizen Indian couples)had a good tour of Japan in the cherry blossom season in April 2019 with Novaland.we toured Tokyo,Mt Fuji,Hakone ,Kyoto,Hiroshima and Osaka for 10 nights and eleven days.
Travel consultant Melody fan was an excellent help in planning our first ever tour of Japan.The itinerary was well laid out,the hotels were excellent and the transport arrangements(cars,trains etc)were meticulous.We did not have to follow up at all and cars guides and drivers were extremely punctual. The local guides were very enthusiastic( though they need to spruce up a little bit on spoken English ).We had some glitches on food especially vegan food(Indian diets are difficult to cater in Japan).The guides eventually managed to find an acceptable solution every time!

Melody was a great help and available 24/7 on telephone to answer and resolve the few questions we had.

The wireless device that was provided free of cost to us was a great help and the flash design of pictures done by Novaland was also nice.

All in all ,a good trip Novaland and Melody fan.

Travel Consultant		5	Prompt in all our dealings. 2 tiny points, when mentioning the meeting of our train, we assumed the station entrance, not on the platform. Returning the wifi equipment the instructions said Terminal 1 when we were flying from Terminal 2. Luckily someone told us there was a return desk in Terminal 2.
Tour Guides	Command of English		All 3 guides were excellent, About 8/10 for their English
	Knowledge of Subjects		When they didn't know they came back with an answer the next day.
	Ability of Explain		Good
	Attitude		Very positive, went the extra yard.
	Flexibility		Very good, acknowledged all our requests to deviate from the schedule.
Drivers and Cars			The guides were good, safe drivers and our driver to and from the airport was good.
Hotels	Location		Seoul was well placed but the sauna/spa was ONLY for men. Very disappointing. Bhusan was on the beach so excellent. Jeju was located in the red light district so not so good.
Hotels	Comfort		All were very comfortable
Sights or Activities	Worthiness of Visit		Each place had numerous notable places to visit.
	Meet Your Interests?		Yes
	Too Tight or Too Loose?		Each guide catered to our wishes, but as the days passed we asked for 10.00am starts and earlier finishes. We should have planned for a day off in the middle.Too much for us at our age.
Meals			The Korean lunches were spectacular but for us too much food.
Public Transportation (train, flight, cruise, etc.)			Train and flights were good.

Thanks for arranging our fantastic holiday to South Korea. We had a mavellous time. The tour guides were very good and knowledgeable.

We didn't try the traditional room in Daegu hotel but managed to get a lovely twin room instead.

South Korea is very interesting & beautiful! Highly recommended!

My parents had a great time on their tour!! They said they were very tired at the end of every day but were glad they got to see so much in the few days they were on the tour. I think they would highly recommend others to do something similar.

Thanks for all your help . Our tour guide are excellent especially Takehiko Oizumi.
The hotels are good esp in Kyoto has excellent aminities.
