Hi Joanna,
We left Korea and traveled in China for a week, then flew to Europe where we are now, so still on the road. I did want to tell you that Young was simply terrific. All of us enjoyed him as a guide and we felt him become part of our family. All of our needs were taken care of and he was knowledgable and helpful at every turn. He gave us many insights into Korean culture, history, and present day living that we could never have obtained in any other way. And the food! He knew exactly where to take us and we experienced many different wonderful cuisines. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and it was due to Young.
We do have pictures to send and are gathering them. We have some for Young also and have sent some to him, but others will follow soon.
We will definitely recommend Novaland Tours to our friends and we loved every minute of our time with Young and Korea.

Thanks for the wonderful trip arrangedfor us. We got through very well on our own with the taxi on Thursday. Weenjoyed ourselves very much with the street food and shopping at Myeongdong! Wewould rate this trip of ours 10/10. The tour guide given to us, Mr Young and MrFred was excellent. I would highly recommended my friends and family members totravel with Novaland – flexible, very helpful and accommodative!

Im still on my way back.
Overall the tourguide is very punctual, helpful and well manner. She took good care of my mum and my youngest son. The only minor improvement would be a better chinese speaking. We sometimes still find difficulties in communicating in chinese as im speaking malaysia chinese and she speaks chinese dialect from china.
I will definitely consider your tourguide service on my next trip to cambodia in november.

My children and I had a wonderful time in Korea. The tour that you have prepared met our expectations and more.able to adjust. I would like to commend our guides Elvis in Seoul, Mina and Michelle in Busan . They were all friendly and
helpful and were able to answer our questions and even give suggestions on our tours. They made the tour
more personalized and made us feel at home even though we were in a different country. Mr Choi our driver in Busan was always
on time and very polite and though he cant speak English he made sure that we were comfortable in our land trip to Busan.
Overall we are happy and would definitely recommend Novaland to others. We hope to have more tours with Novaland.

As for Yumiko,shecan speak English and I have no problem communicating with her. She'sknowledgeable about the whole trip. My rating about her is 5.
