Hi Joanna,rnI am so sorry for the delayed response...but it was difficult for me to write you until I arrived back home.rnI wanted to let you know that we thought Mr. Young was great. He was waiting for us at the dock with a car and driver. Mr. Young had a wonderful attitude and was anxious to please. He was able to add the changing of the guard at the palace to the tour and we arrived there just in time. We went to all the markets that we wanted to see and as a bonus bought us the most delicious street food. He knew everything about the area and was more that willing to share interesting history. When we left Seoul we were sad that we only had one day to visit. When we arrived back in Incheon he also gave us a tour and since we had some time before the ship left he took us to Chinatown and we had "black noodles" (delicious)rnI would highly recommend Mr. Young.....he was fun, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Our 1st contact was Lilianrnand she always responded quickly and helped us in amending itinerary tillrnit fit to our needs. The hotels suggested were clean and comfortable and in good rnlocality. The time arrangement were also perfect. The tour guides were pleasent and made our trip interesting. rnInitially, We were a bit worried as you have to bank in full amount one month before. The reviews on internet and the interactonrnwith Lilian during itinerary finalisation made us comfortable.rnrn rnAs regard to improvement, there are very little to comment but what we find,the breakfast in Seoulrnwas always the same everyday and limited choices. Similarly at Jeju, it would have beenrnbetter if they would have provided bread, butter etc with Korean style.rnrnOverall, we had a very wonderful trip.rn rnLooking forward to plan next trip with Novaland.rn rnThanks

The arrangement of the sites and the duration of the visit to each site were well planned and organised, including the pick up and sending off to and from Busan Airport. It was a relaxing and also informative holiday for the four of us.rnrnThe Tokoyo Inn Busan Station 2 was a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were able to communication in English. The rooms although compact but funtional. (For a 3 star hotel, I have no complain). Checking in and checking out were done in minutes! And of course the wifi connection was A1.rnrnThe tour guide, Ms Suh, Hyang Kyung, is one of the best we have come across. Her English is very good. I strongly recommend your company to keep Kyung as your official tour guide. She carried out her job professionally. Always smiling and very friendly. She was very knowledgeble in the history and culture on the region and Korea as a whole. Of course, she also took us to some good restaurants for some delicious Korean meals! Mr Choi, the driver, was also well manner and friendly.rnrnHonestly speaking , we have no complain, whatsoever, on your company's service. I will definately be contacting you again for my next trip.
