You the tou consultatant is execellent. Fast, reliable, efficient and responsive. Will not hesitate to try the company services again. Just one point is on the overtime. Perhaps good to highlight which you actually did.
On the tour guide.
I had asked for a chinese speaking one and i have one. I didnt mentioned about the needs that she can speak english thus cannot fault her for that. However good to note that typical Singaporean conversed much metter in english. Thus it was a problem for the children. Credit to her that after telling to tell the guide in english name, she did immediately. Secondly she constantly draw comparison between china and Japan. Perhaps for China tourist that will be happy. Lastly i think after assessing the wheel chair situation of my parents, she did not managed to do immeidate adjustment to the plan ot suggest otherwise. Did feed back to her good to compile a list of place and activites for wheelchair bound tourist so that the company can be quick to tourst needs.

Yes, I enjoy Hokaido trip even though we cannot do the rope way because of the windy day.

My daughter even asked him if we can go to the viewpt first and he said no, then after showing us everything, he brought us to the end of the bridge and showed us how to go up to the viewpt, but he didn't tell us that shuttle is closed at 340..but overall, he's a good guide, very friendly and accommodating.

Really enjoyedour time in Japan.
Hotels were verygood and the rooms were big as requested and the beds were perfect for goodsleeps
The tours wereexcellent and the guides were very good.
All was verygood except drop off point in Hakone which was too far from our hotel. We hadto take a taxi cost Yen 5000.

Sad to say our 2 colleagues didnt make it as they couldn't find their way out of Hakata station. We waited for them for 30 minutes. They regret that they didn"t think of taking a taxi!
