Just had an amazing 6 day holiday in Seoul courtesy of Novaland tours. We are a party of 5 adults and 3 young children and contrary to general expectations (when travelling with small kids) we had the most stress free and yet eventful time in Seoul. All this wouldn't be possible if not for Mr. Young's genuine service and attentiveness throughout the tour, he made our private tour with Novaland felt 'personalised' indeed!
Mr. Young had to cater for a wide range of age group (from 2 to over 60 years of age), but he did this by effortlessly and patiently adapting to our individual needs whenever and whatever they may be. Throughout the trip you can just sense his bona fide desire to make all of us experience the very best of Seoul in terms of culture, landscape and of course culinary diversity (the last bit is debatable as food is predominantly Kimchi-based).
He is always a few steps ahead ensuring we had a completely stress free holiday. Even my parents were very impressed with his politeness and willingness to help which stems from his Confucianism ideology, a rarity in this day and age.
All in all, a fabulous tour of Seoul made exceptional by Mr. Young's service (its the little things that count most).
