We have returned home a few days ago, after our wonderful journey.
We want to thank you for the perfect organization of our tour.
All the itinerary and places we have visited were great, with the exception of Mazda.
Our guides and drivers had been so kind and sensitive to our needs, and the interaction with the guides enriched our knowledge about Japan people, tradition, nature and culture.

We just returned yesterday, and now have jet lag! I wanted to say thank you for all your efforts organising the holiday. It was all fantastic.
Barring me not being well on the first day we were able to do everything - and more - apart from the trip to Unzen. For this it was very difficult to find out about public transport. I think it is hard to do in one day and probably best included with an extra night in unzen spa. Something else worth mentioning is that we upgraded our rooms in Nagasaki and Tokyo to larger twin rooms. It cost very little. The standard size in the Washington hotels seemed a bit small for us with our substantial amounts of luggage.
We've seen some wonderful places and have done far more than we'd ever have managed without your excellent schedule which seemed to give just the right amount of time in all places!

Guides were goodin Osaka and especially in Hiroshima.
Today is rainingin the Alpine Route and the Snow Wall walk was cancelled.

Was tight at work after trip. My apology to drag your wait for my reply.
All tour arrangement was good except our Mt.Fuji bus made its return from 1st station itself, ropeway operation was stopped due to unexpected weather. It was cloudy and very windy on that day, rained heavy at afternoon.
We are in opinion that, eventhough it was pre-started, the alternative itinerary to Mt.Fuji 5th station were not worthy. It could have better than just visiting Fujisan World Heritage Center. We just spent most time travelling in bus, kinda bored.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed touring Kamakura, Enoshima, Nara, Kyoto and Arashiyama.

Lynne, we loved Mr. Tanaka. He was very efficient & we got to c everything. He can answer any questions we had as well. You did great!
We want to report that we had a fantastic tour yesterday with Jade as our guide. He met us promptly, was very polite, well spoken, well informed and personable. He kept us on schedule, yet did not rush us.
All of us were very impressed! His professionalism matched yours and all members of our party were so pleased that we would highly recommend Novaland.
I also wanted to mention that our coach for the tour was beautifully clean and so comfortable. Our driver seemed very efficient and he had a smile for everyone.

Thank you a million times over for the best tour we ever took anywhere. First, as you know, I had no desire to go to Korea and this expedition was a gift to our son for his birthday. Man, was I wrong. It's a beautiful country with beautiful people and a rich and complicated history. So, I thoroughly enjoyed this journey. And, it was worth each and every penny.
Not a moment (literally) went by without the help of our guides. We were met at the airport, escorted to the trains and everywhere else. But let me take a second to talk about our guides. Young was outstanding. His teaching ability (having a PHD in Modern Korean History) was outstanding. His personality was most pleasant and his driving abilities, unparalleled in Seoul. He knows everything about modern Seoul and the different cultures that helped to shape Korea into modern Korea. We loved him. Then, in Busan, Jade met us. He is a laid back and knowledgable guide with even better driving abilities. Having served in the Army as a driver, he is incredibly adept at the wheel.
We enjoyed hiking the hills and climbing the stairs (actually, I'm being facetious in this sentence as you know I can neither hike nor climb. That said, he really did make me climb 77 steps one day, and it was worth it.) The ancient history of Korea is preserved near Busan and so it was especially nice to see the remnants and history of the Silla Dynasty.
Since we have been back, we have told everyone we know about each of our guides and about the tour services you provide. Centermark hotel was adequate but Crown Harbor Hotel was superb for accommodations. Seoul's location was better for walking around but the view from floor 25 of CHH was outstanding, especally at night.
So, thank you for everything. Sorry we didn't have a chance to meet; perhaps, someday we will.
