Yes, we like ourtour so much!! It was very convenient for big group like ours, with 2 kids and2 elders. We enjoyed all the places despite the very cold weather.

 

Our guide anddriver are very good, competent and the best!! Handling big group was hard butour guide was very patient to us. And she always made sure that we make themost of our trip.

 

Novaland toursas well is very nice. Highly recomended. My family wants to have like this touron our next vacation. Thanks to you for all the help and making sure we willenjoy oir trip.

 

You can keep the $50 or you can gihe itto tour guide. Its up to you. thank u for the gifts.

Although it is kind of scary to fully pay 15 pax tour fees in full before the trip, my worries were gone the moment the driver picked me up at the airport. Doris ( my contact in Novaland) even emailed me in the middle of the trip asking if I encountered any problems. Very good service from Doris and well done Novaland. Pls keep it up.

Outstanding Tour and Guide - Busan

First contact was Bruce who was excellent in providing us guidance, information and immediate communication making the booking easy and stress free. Bruce's follow up right before the trip, giving us direct numbers and names to our contacts really put us at ease. We had 3 different bookings on 3 different days and it was amazing that we had the same guide (Jade Kim)) for all three. Jade Kim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. His English was excellent. We were very impressed that Jade Kim went the extra mile to suggest some small changes in itinerary to make our tour even better. It was an overall GREAT experience!!
