here a little review to my trip to Japan.
First of all.
It was really nice tour. You've made my travelling very easy with the provided linetary and online app.
The hotels were all nice and clean and in a good location. Also most of time very close to the meeting points. Especially in Kyoto.
The best two tours I've made was the Mt. Fuji and Hakone Tour and the Kyoto Sagano Bamboo Grove & Arashiyama Walking Tour.
All of the Tour Guides were very nice and well informed.
I had a great time.
You did a fantastic job. Especially that you've took even care while I was travelling with all the informations you've gave me.

Alice we had an excellent day in the accident villages with a great guide.
We are definitely disappointed with thehotel in Nagoya. It is not 4 star for money have paid.could not eat the breakfast. Also we had problem in Hakone. you did let us know that there was a 3 day holidays.we could not get of Hakone and nor could we train to Nagoya and had to stand since All the seats had gone. We paid a lot money for this trip.

Thus far the trip has been good with theattractions we've been to. We all fine it very interesting. However, the hotel in Beijing was average as we were in on the ninthfloor and the aircon systems doesn't work due to government regulations? Thishas meant the room were very hot in the evening for the whole group. This madelooking after our baby daughter extremely difficult as her current skinrequires us to keep her cool.
The tour guide in Beijing has beenaccommodating on most occasions, but we were all very disappointed when specially requested tonot go to any silk, pearl, jade factories/shop and thus far have taken us totwo such locations wasting our valuable time.
Could you please ensure and tell theremaining tour guide in the remaining cities that we do not want to go to theseplaces as we have already been before, and experience is not enjoyable. Thanks.

Trip in Kunming was good and the hotel inKunming was good. Lejiang hotel was great, Dali was average at best due to someproblems with the toilet.

Hello Alice – we are having a great time. And are enjoying the tours. In particular, our guide Yoshi in Nagasaki was wonderful.
10-03:
Alice - we did our tour yesterday. Ourguide was great and he had to wait over 2 hours for us to clear immigrationbefore we could get to him.
The public transportation was fine - oneperson did not leave the ship at all because of all the touring we had alreadydone. The other person who had problems walking only did part of the tour andtook a taxi back. So it worked just fine.

If the Tour guide you provide for us in Hong Kong is this good we will be most happy and pleased.
We all had a great time in HK. The guide, Ms. Cecil Mak, was very considerate of us and did everything to make sure we had a top notch tour. I will write a positive trip advisor review later when I have better internet service.

Thanks so much Lily! My father loved it. He loved everything and the food too. they got home safe and he never felt exhausted and was able to walk. Although the timing was not good to see Mt. fuji because it was raining. Overall, the tour was awesome. Will contact you next time when it's my turn to visit hopefully Osaka and Hokkaido :)

We are still recovering from jet lag but Korea was beautiful and we had an amazing time.
We cannot say enough good things about our tour guide, Young. My parents have travelled extensively on various tours and they said Young was the best they have had. He was always prompt and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We would recommend Novaland Tours without hesitation, especially with Young.

Just to let you know we had 2 great days in Busan. The UN War Cemetery has to be a must for visitors from Australia and NZ. Harry was great and the disco coach was lost of fun. Lunch buffet today was excellent korean and western food a great choice.
