Yes we had a great time in Sapporo. Both guides very good. Hiro Hattori is very experienced and knowledgeable and very accommodating for our 3 families. We liked him as much as Jay (from Tokyo tour).
Yes we returned wifi package on the 12th.

Hi Miho- Thank you so much for such a wonderful tour day of Tokyo.
We left for Nozawa Onsen on that Wednesday evening on the Shinkansen and had the unusual experience of the train being about 12 minutes late!! We missed our timed bus from the Iiyama train station to Nozawa Onsen so we had to wait for the next bus.
The snow, food, and hot springs in Nozawa were mesmerizing! It snowed heavily on that Thursday which made for a powder packed Friday of snowboarding. The final day of our trip we went to the Monkey Park in the morning and then headed back to Tokyo and enjoyed the weekend pedestrian time in the Ginza and had a quick dinner at the fish market. Our return flight included a 7 hour stopover in Honolulu as well so we were quite tired by the time we made it back to L.A. at around midnight Saturday!!
Once again- It was so nice to meet you and thanks so much for your service during our memorable trip to japan.

she really good. she already in front of our train when we arrive.
Also mr ma(大阪送站司机) our driver that u pick for us , we love him so much. he company us until inside osaka station, and he even help us where we have to get in. my mother even said that why dont we use mr ma all the time。

We are back from Japan last night and it was a great trip!
Both tour guides were very helpful and pleasant to be with. Initially I thought there would be Japanese local tour guides like in Korea, India and Thailand but wasn't aware they were both Chinese guides. Nonetheless, they both provided excellent service.

We arrived in LA safely yesterday.
Our trip was great except the weather was not in our favor in those 2 days. But at least we did the kimono dress up in Kyoto and of course stay in Ryokan was our highlight of the trip. I wish I had more time to explore in Takayama, it’s a beautiful little town. We arrived late due to snow storm, there was a truck stuck in the highway and there was car accident, so it was delay more than 2hour. And that was so scary because the snow was so heavy once we stop then our van got stuck also. Well, at least we were safe reach our hotel.
Thank you for the lunch in Kyoto, we really appreciate it.
One thing that I need to tell you, the guide Noriko was ok, until we arrive in Shikarawago, because the snow was so heavy, I don’t think she experienced it before. So she has no plan B. We want to go to observatory to see the village but of course we didn’t want our driver to take his car, we were scare if the car got stuck in the snow.
So we ask Noriko if there are taxis or shuttles to take us to observatory and Noriko didn’t know, we had to walk with her looking for information, found out there is no taxis but there is a shuttle, so we have to walk back to the shuttles, we wasted at least an hour because by then it was long lines for the shuttles.
That’s our only complain, we wish we can stay longer at the observatory, not too rush.
I think because she is older that’s why she is not as quick as a younger guide. My family from Indonesia get a younger guide, and they are very pleased. They got to try different meal in each cities because the guide is very knowledgeable.
One more thing, you said that we are going to get memory flash photo? What do you mean by that? Did you put it inside the gift bag?
Once again thank you for everything. It was a memorable trip beside the storm.
