Ohhhgood morning ... Alice ... I think twice be4 I tell you this. whether should itell you this or not? I do not like to tell somebody bad. It does make meuncomfortable. but i have weight it for another aspect, means that it willbenefit your business.

Ijust felt very sorry to Ms Kemagai (Otaru). I feel that she is a good woman, trully.

Afterlunch .... she told us to meet in 30mins in the bus at 1500. Certainly at 1500,30 pax already in the bus. waiting another 20 mins, there are 4pax and Ms Keherself did not appear. I called her, she appologised that she did not call me.She said, that she got instruction that we will be returned to the ship at 1900instead of 1800 (if you remember, I requested it to you, and you told me, it isgranted).

So,to cut the story short, Ms Ke ran away back to the bus and aplologising to allof us that she did not tell us that due to that time extension we should goback to the bus at 1600 instead 1500. It was already 1530. So we have to waitanother 30mins for the 4 pax who are still wandering Otaru since Mrs K toldthem that we go back to the bus at 1600. What a waist. All my friends in thebus, were speechles. Not a good day at all for us.

Sorry,I had to tell you this unpleasent story.

Anyhow,that was something that accidently can happen anywhere anytime.

Themain thing is, everything is in the past, and I am personally really very happywith your service and assistance Alice.

Ifeel comfortable that for next tour I know exactly that I have somebodytrustworthy whom I can relly on .... it is ... YOU...

Mina and driver inBusan may have been personable (sorry, not driver.  He didn't say a singleword nor did he smile) but very UNPROFESSIONAL!  I would never request forthem again.  They aren't positive assets of Novaland Tours.

 

Mr. Young in Seoulwas the complete opposite.  He was very competent and very knowledgeableabout Seoul. He was very considerate and thoughtful of our needs andcapabilities as two of us were over 65 and couldn't walk too much uphill. His command of the English language was superb. He assisted us in everyway possible to translate our dealings with merchants, hotel staff and airportofficials.  We were very satisfied with his service.  He trulyrepresents superb customer service and is the best asset of Novaland Tours! My daughter, who is he General Manager of Jacks Tours Hawaii, gave himher business card and personally commended him on his service.  We will beposting a picture we took with himon facebook and will forward you to use inyour advertisement

Our vacation to South Korea was a truly memorable one because of our super guide, Mr. Young.
He was very knowledgeable about Korea and kept us entertained from early morning till late at night.  He took us to the best restaurants that were classy, affordable and tasty!  He treated us as first class customers and we will be back requesting for his services!  Thank you, Mr. Young!!

It is this morning walking tour, the tour guide only concentrates on.those who keeps up with her pace! Twoor three clients particular. Hername is Jun. Shewalks in front doesnt care about us at the back. Only two clients in front shekeeps talking to. I know its a walking tour, surely she needs to look after usas a group.

Thank for all your help and support during this trip. The pocket WiFi is easy to use but the post box is quite difficult to squeeze thru the package.

 My Busan guide Mr. Hong was a little lazy about our last attraction. He left me at the market for 1.5 hours and I think were supposed to see Yongasan park but we didnt. So I felt the tour was incomplete.

I just wanted to say. Michelle Kim was the best tour guide I had (from Busan). She was extremely friendly and nice. In addition. Kanako Seguchi from Japan was extremely nice as I was burned and she helped me find a drugstore to treat my wound and suggested other places to visit. Both are exceptional tour guides that went beyond the normal scope of just being a guide.

As for our tour guides, my marks for Mr. Safarudin, & Mr. Maimoon are 1000 000.

Mr. Safarudin was a real jewelry of our tours in Sumatra jungles. He supported us everywhere, was very easy to talk to, gave all necessary advice & really made our tours exciting.


Mr. Maimoon was very attentive to us & very pleasant. I felt that the tour guide cares about our comfort.

I had one problem in “Sabang->Casanemo Resort.” At breakfast they don’t have any labels on the meals. One day they provided rice & it turned out that it was with some fish. I didn’t understand that because there were some small fish or parts of it. I have a terrible allergy. Fortunately I had some medicine with me..

 

 

For  “Bahorok->Camping polyester tent”

I set 1 because it was really uncomfortable to sleep. It was like a hut & we slept almost on the ground. There is just a very thin mat.

I hope that in the future Bahorok National park will organize comfortable tents & toilets.

The place itself is fantastic & all guys (tour guides, cooks) are excellent.

City tours were not very interesting.  Jakarta city is overcrowded & traffic jams are terrible. If I know this in advance I’ll visit Jakarta just for 2 days instead of 4.

Jakarta tours were too short. We spent not more than 3 or 3,5 hours a day for a tour (including time to arrive at the place). It was really vexing because after our Korean vacations I expected to be accompanied during the day with a tour guide.

 

That’s why I always ordered a packaged tour. I feel really uncomfortable in an unknown place without a guide…

Thanks again for arranging the Korea trip. It went better than expected.  Despite missing the train to Seoul, mymother and I had a great time.  She even decided to do the horsebackriding, although she couldn't make all of the hikes due to her feet.  Therestrooms weren't an issue (except day 1) since my mom took some medicine. Bothof us enjoyed the private tours in Busan and in Seoul (with only one otherperson).  I was impressed with the SM Town and the K-Pop experience. The tours in Jeju were good, although one of the Yeha bus guides startingtalking before the rest of the group caught up in the crater trails.  Mymom said she was so impressed that she was looking forward to another visit toKorea.  Also, I enjoyed the Nanta Musical, although Mr. Yoon didn't knowabout the event until I brought it up.

Hello Emma,

We have returned home from our holiday.  Thank you for making our holiday memorable.  We enjoyed it very much. I loved our cooking class.

Might I suggest when you send confirmation to hotels in Japan that you use both Japanese and the full English names (according to passports) of the clients because several of the hotels had difficulty finding our reservation even with the booking numbers because they were trying to translate Japanese script into English names that sometimes didn't match the passport we gave them.

We were happy with the hotel rooms although some were barely big enough to fit us and our suitcases (for example the Roynet hotels).  The hotels were clean and very central and had very good breakfasts and good facilities.  I particularly liked the Takayama Ouan which made us particularly welcome.

Our guides were very helpful and had reasonable to good English.

I didn't know enough about Japan before organising our tour.  If I had known Haneda is closer to Tokyo, I would have gone through Haneda airport rather than Narita. I think Jetstar flys into Haneda too so it is a cheaper and quicker flying option. Perhaps this would be a suggestion you could offer clients.
