As for the trip, we enjoyed it. Mr. Gu was ok as a driver with basic english skills. He was quite helpful in recommending the restaurants. We really liked the kobe beef lunch we had at a restaurant called pound. As for the crab dinner, we felt it wasn't bad but it was too expensive for us. For the rest of the itinerary, we enjoyed it. Tour was ok, a little tiring. We switched back to going to the Aquarium -- and kids enjoyed that a lot. Would it be possible to get a car for Wednesday for the Nara Park or the Mitsui Outlet? How much additional should we pay if we get half day or full day?

Hi Nick,
Just wanted to say a big thank you for organising our Korea trip. Everything was fantastic and the guides were amazing and made sure that we were well informed and on the right track when changing from one form of transport to another. We could not make fault with them or the tour. The only issue we have was with the driver accompanying Michelle, he didn't speak at all and on the final leg of our journey he managed to damage one of our suitcases. I don't think he realised though. So thanks again for everything.

A week passed fromour return from the wonderful Japan trip and finally I foundtime towrite to you.
First: the trip wasa success especially due to the perfect way you have organized it. Everything(almost) went smooth and
according to theplan. We came back very much impressed by this country: the way of life, theorder, the cleanliness, the attitude
to religion and tolife etc, etc.
Some details:
Organisation:mostly perfect. The only shortcoming was about the last day trip to Kansay,because it was not any detail in theItinerary and especially because the Kyoto guide(who, anyway was not so bright) told us that they know nothing about and Ihave to contact "urgent" Novalandso we panicked and I send you those mails.
Guides: the Tokyo guideMrs Takahashi was wonderful, very well prepared, very sympathetic, helpful,verygood explanations,
it was a pleasure!!
the Kyoto guide,Mr Hiraki, no comments.
Hotels: very good,especially Ana crown plaza in Kyoto.
So, thank you verymuch, we hopefully will be in touch for our next trip to your area.
