Hi Emma,

Thank you for checking on us. Yes, we were tired due to an early flight that got delayed. We had to get up at 1230am to make it to the airport on time. Because of that, we had a difficult time touring the city and taking public transport. But our tour guides, Mr. Tanaka and his assistant, were very accommodating and understood when we requested to call off the Imperial Palace tour.

The Mt. Fuji tour went smoothly at first except that the kids could not keep up with the 45 minute time alloted for lunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not allow us to take out the food so the kids only got to eat a little. Also, we got stuck in traffic on our way back to the hotel due to an accident.

But overall, the trip went well and everyone had a great time. We will definitely consider booking our tour with you again.

First of all please accept oursincere appreciation for the wonderful arrangements you made for our tour toJapan. All the sightseen tours were very interesting and enjoyable. The tourguides were up to date with all the information and was very educative.

Travelling to and from the hotels todesignated places of pickup  was not difficult at all and after the firsttwo days we were quite used to getting about.

 

Hotels which you had selected for uswere very comfortable and had easy access to all the pickup points and also tosome shopping areas. Staff members of all the hotels were very helpful at alltimes.

Thank you so much for the offer of the photo flash but I already copied in CD and would take time to send the pics so sadly have to decline the offer . 
Hope you find the feedback fair enough . I would not like to single out but the taxi driver who picked us up from train station in Seoul was quite a character ( close to rude). He was grumpy because the address was misleading. 
I'm very happy to see Mr Nam on the last day who picked up at the airport on the first day too. We were 20 mins delay on the first arrival in Seoul and he patiently waited without complaint at all. Very pleasant and full of manners .  
On the whole we enjoyed the trip very much and appreciated your service greatly.

 The guide in Jeju is the best . We had extra time of 30 mins before catching the flight so he did extra , driving us to supermarket to find the particular brand of tea which we couldn't find in shops .

except the confusion of the location of the PJ hotel in Seoul. Supposed to be in Myendong  but it is in downtown , so the driver said wrong address and took him a while to find out. And the hotel cleanliness is not up to the 4 star . The carpet is very dirty the slippers provided were worn off too. Room smells cigarettes . It was only 2 nights stay so we did not complain . The free shuttle bus to Myendong is very convenient . Apart from cleanliness and confusion of the address , the hotel is ok.

Only inconvenience was when we flew from Seoul to Busan , the flight was delayed for 30 mins and we arrived hotel around 10 pm. Although  the restaurants closed at 11 pm they did not accept customers after 10 pm. Hotel restaurant closed at9:30 pm so we end up buying any available food at convenient store. The tour could have been scheduled to finish earlier  and let us catch the flight earlier , in case any delay like that .

Hello Alice! We have returned from our wonderful trip to Korea and I wanted to thank you so much for your assistance in helping us plan our trip!

Iknow reviews are very important and so wanted to give some feedback on somethings.  First of all my family really enjoyed the itinerary that you setup for us! It was a great combination of everything from site seeing toactivities, etc.  We loved everything and it was a great amount of things,so we felt like we really got to use our short time there to the best waypossible!!! Thank you so much for that and of course for your patience andkindness with dealing with my countless questions and emails.  We willdefinitely be seeking your assistance again in the future.

Thenext is the hotels.  We really enjoyed the center mark hotel! It was in agreat location and the hotel itself was clean and staff helpful.  Thecrown harbor hotel was a little older but still a great hotel.  Our onlyissue was the location, wasn't really close walking distance for my parents whowere a little older but thanks to your upgrade of private tours it was notreally an issue.  Just wanted to mention for future patrons.  

Theonly other issue was the taxis.  Thank you so much for including ourhotels in English and Korean! Our only problem was we asked several taxis inBusan and Seoul and had difficulty and resistance, so in Busan when we arrivedwe ended up walking to our hotel.  And in Seoul we took the subway. Just wanted to mention so that others are aware especially when you've had along day and have luggage and older travelers.  Again thank you though foryour assistance in trying to make it easier for us.  

Theother issue was the pocket Wi-Fi.  Almost every day we seemed to run outof data, which was weird because we didn't use it nearly as much as in Japanand never had an issue there, so was unsure why we were having so muchissues.  But it was okay.

I'msorry I had to mention those things but hope that maybe it will help others.

Nowto the 2 tour guides we had in Seoul and Busan.  They were both so amazingand was the perfect guides for my family.  Joan and Jade both made us feelcomfortable and by the end of our trip we felt they were family taking usaround.  Joan was so funny and really tried to help us when we lost ourcamera.  You can see she loves talking to people and had such a bigheart.  Jade was also so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. He added extra sites in between and we loved them all.   They wereboth so knowledgeable in their city and history and so patient with us. They both never made us feel like we needed to rush and was still great atkeeping us at a good pace so that we can do everything.  They really tookcare of us and made sure we were always comfortable.  They are suchawesome tour guides and already said we will recommend them for future visitorsof our friends and family.  I just wanted to make sure I give them thepraise that the deserve!!!! Amazing amazing guides but more importantlypeople.   

You three have helpedmake my family's vacation so wonderful and memorable, and we really appreciateit all!!! Thank you again for everything

Dear Nick,

I must thank you and Novaland for a wonderful visit to South Korea.

Everything thing worked perfectly.  The guides, Elvis in Seoul and Steve and Beth were excellent. Very knowledgable and very enthusiastic. We had no problem with understanding them.  

The lunch meals in Seoul were good but somewhat disappointing in Busan.

The hotels were very good for the price, but more 3 star than 4 star.

Therefore I have to give a 5 as we totally enjoyed the tour.
