Our travel guide who was also our driver for 3 days had the 3P’s to be an ideal guide: pleasant, professional and perfect!rn rnSince our family travels a lot, perhaps you could have included the airport/hotel transfer in your package but on the other hand, the taxi system in Jeju from the hotel/airport was very efficient.rnrnI will not only limit my positive feedback on our travel guide but also to the travel coordinator (Siva) who did a remarkable job in replying promptly and ensuring she has addressed all our needs even when we were at Jeju. Hope your “boss” can read this too!rnrnDo you also do Bhutan?

Dear lynee,rnrnMy mum is fine. Please don't blame the tour guide, he is a nice person. He did help my mum by holding her hand afraid she will fell down while she tried to get down the car. He used his own car treat us like VIP driving us to the airport and help us to carry heavy luggage and help us check in the international connection flight since we don't know how to speak japanese.rnrnThe overall trip is great. The tour guide and driver is a nice person.However, i think there are things that needs improvement. There are places that tour guide dont follows us in the attraction. He just give us a map to go in by our own. The floor is slippery. I worry about my mum will fall down. And she did fall down as when we are looking for the car. My mum got brues on the butts after fall down.I think the tour guide has to follows us in the attractions taking care of my 75 years old mum.my mum is old need some special care. i mean this will be an extra good service if he follows us. We also need explaination on the all attraction by following us in after buying tickets for us. Beside, the tour guide does not offers automatically to take picture for us. We have to ask him for help and then he help us after asking. There is one time we take picture at otaru, he went toilet.rnrnI hope your tour company will improve. I definately will join your tour arrangement as when i will be travelling again. We had a most exciting informative transformative trip experiencing the culture and history of your beautiful country.rnrnThe arranging of our time in Kyoto both to and from as well as while we were there made our trip that much more enjoyable.rnrnOur hotel was right across the street from the main Kyoto station where the fast train dropped us off and picked us up. That alone was terrific. Our tours went without a hitch. Our trip to Himeji Castle and surrounding area was a real highlight of the trip made more so by the truly outstanding guide who took care of us from beginning to end. In tour time:rnGreeting Siva, we have arrived in Tokyo. The driver did a great job bringing us to the apartment. We are settled in and resting, later gonging out to explore the surroundings!rnrnAfter tour time:rnrnNovaland travel consultant Ms Siva Dong was very knowledgeable and caring towards the planning of our first time trip to Japan. All our needs were addressed and the itinerary was communicated to all the parties involved in Japan. Ms Dong also kept in touch during changeover points in the itinerary and kept us updated on name of tour guide/driver, car license plate number, timings, etc.rnrnWe felt that Novaland could look into working with tour guides who are more proficient in English as it was challenging to communicate our specific needs to the tour guide. It took quite a bit of conversation time, usage of Google Translate, and photographs to get our point across to the guide.rnrnMr. Miyano (Tokyo leg of the trip) - he went out of his way to reconfirm our dinner reservations, make sure we got to our dinner restaurant safely and taught us how to get back to our apartment.rnrnMr. Saitoh (Hokkaido leg of the trip) - helped to make reservations at a dinner restaurant which served Japanese delicacy - horse meat.

Knowledgeable and able to give us interesting insights to the local places we were visiting.rnrnOverall, the private day tour is recommended as not as rushed as group tours. I would give Lynee Zhao a score of Twelve out of Ten. I was really impressed with Lynees’ quick replies to our requests around the clock and she did her best to ensure that our tour of Japan exceeded our expectations. Lynee managed to achieve this goal successfully. I always remember your follow up calls with us when we were in Japan to ensure that everything was done as planned. Tour Guides and Tour Guides’ drivers were professional and met our expectations. We could tell that our Tour Guides were carefully selected.rn rnHotels were outstanding to excellent to below average. Please do not send guests to Luxury Wa Hotel Kaze No Kaori. JR Employees AT ATAMI Station requested us to purchase tickets even though we showed them the cards (Atami-Ito and Ito-Atami) which you gave to us.rn rnIn summary, If we ever think of touring countries in Far East, we will contact you.
