Maybe a suggestion would be to include in the tour guide what are the landmarks or things to see at each attraction? For example we didn't know the hakone shrine had a tori gate near the waters which was a nice photo shot. Just thought that it was the one in the hills.
Separately for the program, since it's winter, the sun sets quite early so actually our daylight is shorter and shops close earlier.
For example on the 29th, 3 neighbourhoods near Tokyo was a bit hard to cover in one day considering most shops closed at 5/530pm in these neighbourhoods. Also. The traffic in Tokyo didn't help.
But overall my family did enjoy the trip considering this was a peak period to travel. La Vista kawaguchiko was the perfect place to spend Christmas and I'm so thankful that was recommended and booked by you.

Hi Whitney,
Driver’s service is really good. Just that some of the places were not up to our expectations… like the penguin parade… there were only 9 penguins.
And the hot spring hotel - it’s reallt nice the place. Thanks for the sweet deco at Niseko hotel!! V lovely.And sadly the ice cream making is closed. But all else is good. Ai-san (driver) is really very helpful! Thanks!
