My wife and I just got back from the 9 day Japan tour with Novaland Tours and it was amazing! Our flight was a bit early arriving at the airport and we waited at the Haneda Airport for our ride to our hotel. Our driver was very helpful and drove us to our hotel much earlier than the check in time. We were very appreciative at the Miyako hotel for their assistance and great hospitality.  To our surprise, they checked us in much earlier than the usual check in time. The room was small but good enough for 2 people. As a matter of fact, we had a king size bed.  Miyako hotel is very clean and great location. Walking distance to 3 train substations. 

On our first day, it was a beautiful day. Tokyo was fun, and our guide, Yoshi did a great job showing us all the main attractions in our itinerary in Tokyo. The day trip to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi was raining. We did not see Mt. Fuji. Kyoto was exactly what we pictured, with all the beautiful temples and the Nara area. We love the many deers roaming around. We loved just walking around and soaking it all in.

What I really appreciated was the flexibility. Our guides were  helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.  Kudos to Yoshie, Somie and Hiroko, our tour guides in Tokyo, Nara, Kyoto and Osaka. They let us spend extra time resting from long walk. It felt less like a rigid tour and more like traveling with friends. Having a private tour for just for me and my wife was a big benefit. Our hotel in Kyoto, Sequence Kyoto, is also very nice and a bigger room. Very nice location, very near train station. 

Everything was handled professionally, from the tour schedule, itinerary, hotels to the transport and tour guides. Grace, our main tour consultant was very helpful and available for all our enquiries. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it 100%, especially if you're a first-timer to Japan and want to see the best of Japan without travel headaches.
