Carly and I just wanted to thank you for the great tour you've put together for us, we've now returned home and back to work but we would recommend Novaland tours to anyone visiting Japan! We had a really good time and would love to go back one day

First of all Melody, the guide Yumi was exemplary. She was organized, very informative, very observant and kind( she noticed at the beginning I have a little trouble going down long flights of stairs) and she was very well prepared and always had an alternative plan and was always thinking ahead. She is a wonderful guide.
We had a very nice day today. William is an excellent driver and he took very good care of us both yesterday and today.

| Too Tight or Too Loose? | 5 | When we were dropped off, reading Google Maps in Japan was a challenge. Walking paths were especially unclear and often underground through buildings. Some guidance on how to read Google Maps, especially in Tokyo (Shinjuku) would be helpful. Navigating downtown Kyoto was downright impossible. Even the guide had difficulty finding the Samurai Museum from the bus stop. |

Nancy, our guides were all excellent especially the 3 women mentioned above. Paul and Jade were very good too. It’s nice to have a local viewpoint...
The temple in Japan and Osaka palace were beautiful. Imperial Palace with the Changing of the Guard was very colorful esp since Sophia had us wear hanboks.
