Bella worked with us for many months to come up with an ideal trip. She was quick with response, provided ideas and was great to work with as kept changing my itenary, unfortunately I could not make the trip due to family emergency and again here she was so understanding and worked with me to get a refund from the various places that we had booked with minimal loss. I would highly recommend Bella and the group and will be using their services in the future.

I have to say that our days with Yuta, Nao, and especially Zumi have been highlights of the trip. And our two drivers, Chen and Gao were really outstanding.

Now that our tour has finished, we would like to thank you for all your help and cooperation wish allowed us to enjoy so much our days in Kyoto and Osaka.
