All the guides were very good. Masako was the only one good, as her English was a bit hard to understand; and the rest were excellent!!

And of course to you Helen I am very greatful with Novaland Tours with you representing them. The entire family was impressed on the outstanding planning and your professionalism. We felt you were part of this trip all the time. Amazing.
Our trip was fantastic even the Mt Fuji in the fog was beautiful!
