Our guide for the Matsumoto Castle & Kamikochi was Shin.
Shin is a superb guide, sharing his knowledge of the history of Matsumoto Castle, he took us walking around the area & guided us on the Kamikochi hike.
He is a very knowledgeable, friendly & patient guide.
He takes pride in his job & showed us photos, pictures & history of the Matsumoto castle etc. Would highly recommend him for future trips.
Our group of 6 went in a van together for this tour.
Fortunately for all of us the weather got better as the day went by. It was cloudy & sunny during our Kamikochi hike so our group thoroughly enjoyed our tour today.
Both Metropolitan hotels were good in terms of location. The Tokyo hotel is newer & had better breakfast menu.
Driver is also very good.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Cindy from Novaland Travel Agency! She was incredibly patient as I made multiple changes to my itinerary, always responding to my questions quickly and with great attention to detail. We are back home. We enjoyed the trip. The guides are good. Iku Ken is a good driver. The tropical garden in hakodate is not worth visiting. The other places are good. Thanks for recommending the places.

Overall, we had a marvelous vacation, especially in Greece. We love our tour guide in Cappadocia. Our 2 tour guides in Greece were also marvelous. We dont like our tour guide much in Istanbul.
In Istanbul, we did not get to enter the Mevlevi Lodge as it was under renovation for months now. Also, we dont think we did the culinary walks and we did not go to Hagia Irene. But, we had a great time, though.
Cappadocia is magiical. And our tour guide is very good. She knows her stuff and she has been very helpful in giving tips and recommendations. Same with our guides in Athens. Highly recommend them.
As for the itinerary, I would say they are quite extensive enough. We greatly enjoyed our time in Turkey and Greece. Oh, one thing we dont like is our hotel in Athens, it is quite in the residential area. But overall, nice vacation.

Carly and I just wanted to thank you for the great tour you've put together for us, we've now returned home and back to work but we would recommend Novaland tours to anyone visiting Japan! We had a really good time and would love to go back one day

They were all very good
First of all Melody, the guide Yumi was exemplary. She was organized, very informative, very observant and kind( she noticed at the beginning I have a little trouble going down long flights of stairs) and she was very well prepared and always had an alternative plan and was always thinking ahead. She is a wonderful guide.
We had a very nice day today. William is an excellent driver and he took very good care of us both yesterday and today.
