Tokyo river cruise was disappointing. We would have skipped if we knew what it was like. We were disappointed we couldn’t see the Imperial palace grounds. But fish mkt was amazing.

The three of us had a blast and checked off everything we wanted to eat, buy, see, experience and more. We cannot ask for a better trip. You have been very instrumental to ensuring this happen for us. Your attention to detail and responsiveness gave us a lot of comfort and confidence. We also wanted to call out the exceptional services provided by our Hokkaido tour lady and driver. The driver is a Hokkaido native and took us to some of the local restaurants and ice cream shops and exclusive sightseeing places. They really went above & beyond.

Spent many months organizing my trip with Amina who was great! Everything worked like clock work, trains, air, and guides. This was a private tour, Seoul, Busan, Jeju as I was traveling Solo. The guides were all friendly, helpful, and fun. I will be looking at other Novaland Tours

We had a whirlwind, once in a lifetime, Japan adventure!
A trip like ours take months to plan and seemingly minutes to enjoy, it went by fast.
It was fabulous and exhausting! We saw a lot, yet there was so much more to see.
Because everything was only in Japanese, (street signs, attractions, tours, etc...) it was difficult to navigate without a guide or familiarity.
We appreciated our guides giving us a well-rounded experience, teaching us customs and protocol, educating us on history, culture and tradition, pointing out and explaining the architecture and practices, introducing us to culinary delights, sharing tips on where to eat and shop and getting us around.
For us, the beauty and traditional experiences were the best!
Tokyo's shrine park.
Hakone with the ryokan, onsen and kimonos.
Kyoto with its shogun history, castles, pavillions, temples and geisha show.
Osaka for its beautiful castle and grounds and shrines.
