Hi Emma,rn rnSorry for the late reply. Was busy this 2 weeks.rn rnAnyway how are you. Hope you are fine!rn rnWe are very glad and happy with the tour arrangement. Everything went smoothly and glad that the local guides are friendly and helpful.rn rnPlease read my remarks as below on your questions…rn rn1. How is our service throughout your tour from any aspects you feel? Such as our travel consultant, tour guides, drivers or others’ attitude; hotels, transportation, scenic spots’ arrangement; and any other words you would like to say to me.rn- The arrangement of tour was great. Everything went smoothly. Flexible and no rush.rn- Local guides.rna. Busan “Ms. Kim”: She was very friendly and we have a great time with her. She accompany us all the way during our tour. Her English is not the best but we don’t mind at all as we understand what she tell us.rnb. JeJu “Mr Victor” : I was surprise when I meet him at the airport. I was expecting a Korean local guide and when I meet him only get to know that he was a Russian who leave in Korea for more than 15 years. I don’t mind at all and was surprise that he is very informative especially in Jeju. He is very friendly and helpful and show us around during the tour. One thing I like to touch is that the transport “Van” is old but still comfortable.rnc. Seoul “Mr Yong” : I have to say this first. Among all the local guides. Myself and my friends specially likes Yong allot. He is friendly, patient, informative, funny and moreover he know what we want most. He will ask us what we would like to do especially on local foods in which we have not tried on Korea. I can say during our tour we treat him as a friend more than a local guide. Please do say HI to him for me!!!rn rnLocal Operator “Ms. Emma” : Hi Emma. Thank you so much for your patient and guidance with us for planning our trip. I know that we have ask allot of things and change allot in our itinerary especially on hotels and also the quotation and we are glad that even we demand allot of things you show your patient and willingness to help in our planning of the tour. A million thanks to you. J You have really show your helping hand to us and we really appreciate it. Should have meet you in Seoul if I have a chance to treat you Caffe Bene J. Thank you again and hope can work with you again.rn rn2. Where can we improve to be better and stronger?rnOperation side for planning and reverting emails and quotation I can say you are splendid in this field. The proposal was straight forward and informative. Local operator was helpful and show her concern on planning the trip. Not much I can say on this just keep up the great job.rn rnThere is one thing that can improved which is during local flight check in and also boarding the KTX train . It will be great that information is provided on how and where to check in. For us we are able to manage and ask around but it will help allot if guidance is provided prior to check in. The KTX Train boarding ticket shown in local Korean language and we do not know where exactly to board the train until we are guide by other people. This will help allot if prior guidance is provided.rn rn3. Any other valuable comments, travel experience and happy moments you may have.rnI think I have elaborate my experience as above. Overall I can say I’m happy with the service. Great job and keep it up. Will surely recommend to my friends and colleagues.rn rnThank you and have a great day. Hope we can work again in the near future.rn rnArik Kong

Hi Lillian,rn rnSorry I have taken so long to get back to you.rn rnThank you for organising out holiday which was enjoyed by all. No hiccups but perhaps a few comments both positive and negative.rn rn· Seoul – Plaza Hotel perfect location although the transfer driver had trouble finding it, we drove around the block twice as there is no obvious signage at the front. View from the room to the Palace etc was wonderful. First two days tours were perfect and informative good guide. The DMZ was very informative and a great experience. Our guide was not aware that we were taking the train and did not have the tickets, he had to call your office and have them sent to the hotel. The tour on our return to Seoul to the Changedeokgung Palace was good where the guide provided a lot more information which built on the first guides details of the palaces. However, the Fortress visit was disappointing as the guide seemed to rush us and we saw only the wall near the carpark and were not made aware of the extent of the fortress nor did we use the train/tram to go the hill area.rnrn rn· Gyeongju Station- taxi drivers were most helpful and organised 2 taxis. Yangdong a bit disappointing as unfortunately most of the good houses were not open. Anapji Pond (at dusk) was great, Tumuli Park interesting. Heinsa Temple was a long way to go but again interesting. Although we added the Persimmon Wine Tunnel to our itinerary it was the most disappointing of our whole trip and therefore we cannot recommend people to go there.rnrn rn· Busan – Haeundae Hotel was a very tired and we suggest you find other hotels. Tongdosa Temple was an experience as it is an operating temple with Monks going about their daily prayer rituals, which we were able to be involved in. Our airport transfer guide to go to Jeju had a sign in Chinese which we could not read and therefore we ran nearly 1hr late and nearly missed our flight. It is essential that these mistakes do not happen.rnrn rn· Jeju – Our guide was absolutely perfect and we can recommend her highly. She rearranged our itinerary to suit the weather and added to and took away sites as if she knew what our preferences would be and this was perfect. Trick Art Museum, Loveland (added by our guide), Seongsan Sunrise Peak, Manjang Cave, Mysterious Road were all great, Hallim Park however was disappointing.rnrn rnrnI again thank you for your organisation and wish you well in your career.rn rnKind regards and have a nice dayrn rnPeter

Hi Emma, rnrnSure. My family and myself were very pleased with Young's thoughtfulness and attentive service during our stay in Seoul. We were touched when he got us supper upon hearing that we had not yet had our dinner when we reached seoul on first day. The itinerary was well executed and we liked that we were able to have flexibility and Young was always accommodative. He really went extra mile for us and that was much appreciated. He gave many suggestions on local cuisines which were delicious. His knowledge of history of korea was superb and he explained well. But he wasn't much a shopping person so was not able to give advice on what to buy.rnrnI also liked to express my thanks to Emma for being patient with my many queries prior to the trip, and my last minute checks on the hotel. On hindsight, I should have chosen 4 star hotel in seoul from the beginning to provide more comfort to my parents. My sis was not too happy about holes in her towels while staying in sunbee. While we did not eventually change hotel, we came to appreciate the hotel's location. The only regret was that we didn't have too much time to explore the areas around where we stay. We also did not manage to try on traditional hanbok and take pictures.rnrnJeju was beautiful and my kids loved the jeju grand hotel while my parents enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Victor was professional in bringing us around to the places that were in the planned itinerary. However, it would have been better if he could share about what to buy in jeju or where to eat near where we stayed. We would like it better if he had dropped us off at the hotel on the second day evening rather than outside though we understand that we were late in getting back to hotel that day (after 6pm).rnrnOf the attractions ins seoul, we liked the palace, folk village, museum, seoul tower and this place that young brought us to which I can't remember the name, and Everland. Nami island was too far and we could have skipped it. Jeju attractions like trick eye, teddy bear museum, hello kitty island, green tea place, and the waterfall were nice. The caves were too dark and long walk.rnrnOverall, we had enjoyed the trip especially with Young's excellent service.rnrnDoes novaland also provide guide in Taiwan? We might want to go there next year.

Emma,rnI've just arrived back in Malaysia after a 5-days visit to Seoul, Korea. My family and I are very happy and satisfied with the hospitality and commitment that been provided by your tour guide, Mr Young. He was very resourceful and patience with us. Five days seems too short for us. If I plan to return to Seoul for another visit I'll surely seek Mr Young to be our tour guide, not to forget Novaland Tours.rnRegards,rnRamli

Well, the trip was an awesome one. Mr Young was a great driver and tour guide. He understand our needs. He had been patient with my son who always vomitted cos he had motion sickness where he couldnt stand sitting too long in a vehicle. Young was friendly and love to play with my children. Now my children is missing him.rnYoung could easily adjust himself with us. We feel like a family.rnrnArrangement by you was great too. Since its a customised tour, im happy with my schdule and itinerary. We did skip few places cos we were too tired and this also helped Young to rest too.rnOn our last day, I wanted to go and grab some stuff at Hard Rock Cafe Seoul and thanks to Young for driving all the way from Namsan to Lotte Mall and back to Itaewon just for Muslim Halal Food.rnWe got to eat Halal food at Itawon for few times!rnrnMy choice of accomodation, Pinelog resort and Sims winter cabin were AWESOME! My children love the Sim Winter cabin cos its surrounded by snow and they enjoyed playing with the snow. And yes Stay in Gam too was a good one. We have no problem with the accomodations.rnrnThe only problem but not really a problem is when Young unable to follow us all the way thru. On one of the days, he got to go back for military Reservist. Therefor he send another driver name Brian to bring us to Everland and back to Seoul. He speaks little English and he got lost when finding for Stay in Gam. Luckily all of us remember the way to the hotel so we actually guided him. Haha!rnOn our last day, Young had to be back at 5.30pm, so again he sent another driver name Ho to drive us for dinner and back to the airport.rnThe only thing we disappointed was Ho actually dropped us at the side of the road outside the airport, and worst he did not assist us with the luggages. We had to bring all out from the mpv by ourselves and walked to the airport! And just imagine, that night was the coldest among our stay there.rnHmmm.. all i can say is that Ho was not helpful and friendly.rnrnOverall everything was great! Me and my family would like to thank you and your team for the trip.rnYoung is a great guy indeed!

Hi Emma,rnI had so many great times during our trip in Korea, not only because of the beautiful places & sceneries we visited, but also because of the hospitality of our tour guides, the comfort hotels, and many more.rnrnThe arranged schedule was quite tight, almost everyday we had to start at 9 AM and came back to hotel at 7 PM. For some of my friends it was exhausted (the very cold weather also quite draining), but overall it was fun and we could see many great places & experienced many korean culinaries.rnrnMr. Young is the best tour guide I have had, so far. We had lost 3 suitcases at the time we arrived in Incheon, and he helped us to get the suitcases in a short time. He also took care all of our needs even though it was not really his job to do.rnMr. Victor also gave us great services while in Jeju.rnrnAmong 3 hotels we have stayed, I mostly like our hotel in Busan Toyoko Inn. The room was not so big, but it was clean and neat. Also near to the beach.rnrnPersonally, I am grateful to have selected Novaland Tours, and will not think twice to use your services again for my next trip. Hopefully with an even more better price.rnrnThanks Emma! Have a nice day.rnrnrn rnRegards,rnEster Agustina Tampubolon
