I started by inquiring in the Novaland Tours website and I was promptly assisted by Ms. Mona. She was very patient with me, as I have so many questions and I wanted to have a tour which is suitable for a family. I wanted to make sure we cover all the usual tourist places and have our own private vehicle to pick us up and drop us off our hotel in Osaka Namba. 

Ms. Mona made sure to accommodate all my requests. At first I was a bit worried since the New Year Holidays were fast approaching and sometimes I would even send her an e-mail beyond office hours, but she was always ready to reply on time, sometimes even to e-mails I sent as late as 11pm. After makingmy payment through paypal, she sent me a confirmation voucher in less than 2 hours. The next day, she sent the information of our tour guide and all that we need for our tour. It was that fast and easy! I was really happy!

On the day of the tour, Mr. Masa Shimamura was there very early. Our tour was to start at 8:30am and he was there 10-15 mins earlier. We were able to leave the hotel at before 8:30am. We were 6 in the Family and we were able to comfortably sit in a clean and new Toyota Alphard, loved its sunroof too! During the Trip, Mr. Shimamura would tell us stories and trivias as we pass by buildings and infrastructures with historical significance. He was very knowledgeable with Japan's culture and history. He took us to Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Todaiji Temples, Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine and other areas nearby. We learned a lot about the Japanese Culture and religious beliefs. He was also patient with us as we would sometime walk slower and move around to take photos. We''d ask him to take photos of us and he'd happily take our family photos. Mr. Shimamura really went the extra mile for us. I am so amazed at how informative and excellent this trip was for us.

I am very happy about Novaland Tours. It's definitely worth your money.
