 The guide on the last day for the local Tokyo tour was the best – all round information and good command of language. Would certainly want his services again.

 Guides were quite knowledgeable.

 Only on the day of the Fuji station cable trip, 2 passengers delayed, so we arrived late at the cable car station. It was crowded and the guide did not co-ordinate the group properly. We did not even get the tickets but luckily managed to catch her at the last minute. If changes occur, guide should be able to adapt and plan accordingly.

 Extremely courteous and co-operative. As a country too, the people are efficient, quality conscious and hospitable. Excellent work ethics and sense of punctuality.

 Guides were tourist-friendly and flexible.

 Missed the bus for the snow monkeys! And elders found the climb uphill difficult, so before the walk, a taxi till that point, would have been more convenient. We had to skip lunch too. The guide was unable to get tickets for the bus.

 All conveniently located except it was difficult to walk with luggage to Prince Hotel – we were not aware of shuttle from train station to hotel. Mitsui Grand was the best in terms of location!

 All the hotels were comfortable but service in Prince Hotel was not up to the mark – reception was slow to attend and had poor communication skills.

 Guide said the tourist information centre could not provide proper guidance as how to reach the snow monkeys’ destination.

We visited the Bamboo Grove on our own. But there were no proper signboards to show the exact location despite using google, we found it difficult to locate.

 The French restaurant in Prince Hotel did not offer value for money – vegetarian food was not good. In Fujiya Hotel, they were not informed that guests were vegetarians.

- Imori San , although couldn't speak english but he did try to understand what we meant and he made the effort to help us until we get early check in . Credit to him :)  


- Tanaka San made our first time experience to learn the culture ,people and culinary in Japan so memorable . He is such a professional ,patient and knowledgable in historical background of places we visited . Such an honor man and we respect him a lot .


- Mayumi , our guide to Shibazakura festival also professional and knowledgable . She help us choosed the food as she concern that we dont eat pork and make sure we eat the right dish.


Its really an unforgetable moments for both of us and we certainly recommend our friends who want to go to Japan and Korea to use Novaland . Certainly consider to come back to Japan .

Thanks for all the help ! Tour was very good but few hitches that can be managed with little more preparation

Your Guide is a very good man but a young girl or a young boy is better to joke laugh and run along a Student Group !! A Senior Guide who has lot of information can also be a father figure 

your guide was a good man but most of the time was very stressed because he had a un cooperative driver . You must understand that student groups usually won’t be on time its tough to manage
young kids and get them to follow time so Drivers must be booked expecting Delay , Tarnaka your Guide would have done better if the driver didnt stress him

Also i was quite shocked to see all meals left in the hands of a guide we book meals in India for our groups from our office and pay for it Guides only guide groups !!! He was looking daily for lunch places he suddenly discovered that fast food lunch Mac Donald and KFC and Pizza cant be veg in Japan though i had mentioned to u before arrival 

Then I sat with him every day and used to plan the meals I guided him that if veg is NOT available he can opt for Cheese burger french fried and coke and ice cream he felt ice cream would be above budget later when he checked he discovered al fit in the budget !!

Indian Dinners were all EXCELLENT except the last one which was very poor and bad finale to a great trip !! 

The hotel in Tokyo choice was EXCELLENT all buffet breakfast superb hotel service superb , but last day was climax he as asks me to pay over 1 LAKH yen and your Guide insists me to pay it immediately I have a flight to board with the group I was in immense pressure but I spoke to the Hotel very well . i told them the booking is given to them by Novoland tours and they should contact them for payment and NOT give pressure to me . Also i told them I have been staying in the hotel for 4 days they should have told me payment is yet to be made if they knew before its pending 
but there was no reminders and when am leaving for airport they are giving pressure I showed my tickets and groups tickets then your guide gave his ID card ( license of tour guide) xerox to them

With what i spoke they were convinced and let me go but this is very very very wrong you should check if they received payment we handle 100s of groups inbound into India and my accountants call
all hotels before check out to check if they got payment !! 

the BUS was very good , the bonsai and calligraphy class tokyo disney land and cash back handled VERY WELL ,water on coach adequate VERY  well managed 

The Ninja show ninja show was a waste of time poor location poor show waste of money don’t book again !! Two groups didnt fit there so Tarnaka took us to some temple nearby we walked a lot to reach there and back to the show for no reason its a poor arrangement !!

On the whole I could work with Tarnaka and make things work and it was a successful trip but for next time we should be more careful for a 100percent perfect trip !! 
Above all I decided to work with NOVOLAND ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR QUICK TIMELY REVERTS ALL TIME AVAILABILITY and very good cooperation .We shall continue to work together 
with a little more perfection and attention to detail we can make big series for JAPAN !! 

Guide was with us till check in at Airport I gave both Driver and guide small amount of tips they were happy
