Everything that you helped arrange for me worked well. My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Japan, and the transfers and trip to Ikuchi Island and Fukushima made it very special.
Could you let me know approximately what the cost was for the day trip from Tokyo to Fukushima. I am estimating that was arounds $600 US dollars for the quoted 10 hours.
The reason I am asking, my two Kosuge cousins from America are planning on traveling to Japan this fall. They would like very much to go and visit the Kosuge land in Fukushima (Oshidate settlement). Since your driver used the Google Earth map and coordinates, he literally drove us right up the path where we could walk in.
They may want other transfers from airport to hotels and other venues.
At Any rate, I hope I can refer them to you for your assistance.

I visited Japan with a group of family and friends. It was approximately 14 of us. I was trying to arrange pick up from the airport to hotel and back to airport. Also to find a company that would provide pick up from hotel for tours and deliver back to hotel. Going the traditional route the private transportation didn't have a vehicle that could transport 14 people and the tour companies wanted us to meet them in the city (Tokyo) to start the tours. After searching for weeks I found NOVALAND Tours and spoke with Cindy. OMG Cindy was amazing and patient. I told her what price I was looking at paying and the tours we wanted to go on. After several discussions we agreed upon.a price and tours. NOVALAND picked us up from the airport at the quoted time and took us to our hotel. For our first tour the guide and driver were actually 15 minutes early. Kimono was the guide and she did an excellent job giving the history of Japan and Mount Fuji. One of the group members were vegetarian and the lunch meal they already had it set up didn't have to say anything.. The second Day on tour same thing guide and driver were about 10 minutes early. I feel very bad because I don't remember the guides name but he was FANTASTIC. Again gave us history of the temples was patient with those who spent a little extra time shopping. He was awesome. One thing I forgot to mention I was notified every step of the way who the driver was their number and when they would be arriving. Cindy made it clear to contact her at anytime if I had questions or problems. Since I was making these plans from Chicago I was concerned that something would go wrong. I can honestly say the trip was smooth no issues. I thank Cindy and NOVALAND tours for making this trip a vacation to remember. I would highly recommend using NOVALAND Tours for your travels to Japan. I just wished they did Europe also I would most definitely use them again. And thank you Cindy for the incredible job you did to make this such a beautiful and stress free trip.
I forgot to let you know that I received the refund yesterday when I was picked up from the airport. I have had a great time on this trip. Thank you so much for everything!
